Good food, but not only could you not go inside, jon could not even eat in your car in the parking lot. Little overboard on the Covid protocols.

Quality fast food in extremely clean and tidy restaurant. The chicken burger was so fresh and tasty and the milkshakes are superb. If you're not up for a big evening restaurant dinner, this is a great quick alternative. Staff are also excellent and so attentive continually asking to top up your drink for free.

Normally a great place, but the last couple of times I've gone have been a train wreck. Just went. Was charged almost $50 and didn't even leave with any food b/c my order was so jacked up. It was just simpler to get a refund. They were very polite about the whole thing thankfully. I think this might be my sign to stop eating at fast food places.

Nick, a trainee that took our order, was fantastic. He made sure he had everything accurate and was so pleasant. Unfortunately, we didn't get our dressing with the salads... a bummer, yes, BUT it's the first time I've EVER missed something from my order at this location and it was closing time. I can't be mad.

Friday evening, June, 23rd around 7p.m. I believe the manager was having a bad day. Behind the counter trash littered the floor. We chose to sit outside. The tables had not been cleaned. We asked and a young man came out with a napkin and "wiped at" the table. With dinner I ordered a peach milkshake. It tasted like vanilla...had my wife try it & she thought the same. I took it in & stated what I thought. The manager looked, pointed inside & said he sees a peach part & that he was sorry...& walked away. This was my first bad experience.
Tried again tonight (June 24 @ 8:pm). Placed order online & paid online. They lost our order. They asked to see our phone, and yes, there was the order & paid for. They said we would need to order again & pay again & we could get reimbursed for the first order on line. We finally got the order, got home &...no milk shake! I'm done!

Chick-fil-A literally has a friendliest service of all the places I've ever seen and eaten at. They are so professional well-mannered and courteous. I was probably redundant but you really can't put a price on good customer service these days.
