What a treat! Took the kids on on Sunday morning while we were visiting and they loved sitting at the counter. The food was good and a bargain. Fluffy biscuits, perfect eggs and crispy bacon. The best part is the folks that work there, so friendly. You know when a place is packed and the locals love it must be good.

If you are looking for breakfast place,look no further than Longhorn. Excellent and fast service along with a wide selection of choices at an affordable price. Imagine your grandma and three of her friends cooking you breakfast right in front of you! 5/5
When you enter the Longhorn yuo wonder what kind of place is this? The place has been long time fixture in downtown Chattanooga and the decor may be lacking but the food makes up for it. They are only open for breakfast and lunch but I recommend breakfast any time of the day. Love the pancakes and waffles.

I visited Longhorn for the first time this week and I am kicking myself in the butt cause this place rocks. I pass this place all the time and never stopped, but boy am I glad I did. The staff is some of the most friendliest people I've ever met. The waitress seem to know everyone. The manager was very nice and I liked the way she talked to the customers with a real southern style. I will be back as this place is my new favorite. Keep up the great work Longhorn.

Best burgers and fries ever!. Chattanooga is being overtaken by chains. It is refreshing to find this place which has been around for 50 years. The burgers are fabulous and the fries are fresh cut.

This was an old school diner. Food was great and the staff very pleasant.
Cheap, good, friendly. This place is great for quick and tasty breakfast. It is a small place with a bar and two person booths. Do not let this discourage you from visiting because the wait staff was friendly and seemed to know everyone by name but did not give the cold shoulder to new customers.
The food was great to say the least. 3 friends and myself went on a Saturday, sat down immediately, and ordered. I had the Eggs Longhorn and some bacon. Then I saw the pancakes and had to order one. All of which are great choices. Coffee was warm and full.
If you think you want waffle house type food, go here it is far better in everyway.

The food is fantastic, the staff are great. Last visit was disappointing though. And I was telling everyone about this wonderful tiny old restaurant, my favorite local find, until I smelled cigarette smoke in the back.... 🤢 I also brought my boss with me for the first time so it was a disappointing first experience for him. If it's your delivery people, I would insist they put it out next time. There's only one thing worse to a non- smoker than having to breath cigarette smoke, and that's trying to eat while smelling it.

It's become a bi-weekly ritual, I'll get my hair cut, and then shoot over to Long Horn. Always a good time. Coffee and Breakfast, it's simple, and it's the best! I could go somewhere fancy but this is my spot! Great service and excellent food!
Finally found the greasy spoon I've been looking for in Chatt, and will be calling this place home for a while. Classic experience, great people, and just one of those places where you either feel like you belong there or you don't. Breakfast foods are solid. Would love to see home fries on the menu someday.

Great breakfast!! Old school setting. The hash brown casserole and blueberry pancakes are lit. If you're boujee, go next door. This place is an institution and the food is the reason why.
