Placed an online order, pick up time 25 minutes. Arrived on time, they couldn't find the order, let me pay and wait in my car to bring the order out. Waited 20 minutes, decided to go back inside to see if they forgot. Pizza was already ready and it seemed they forgot about me because the "labels weren't showing". Additionally, it seemed like they forgot my online order in the first place since I waited over 45 mins. Would not recommend doing online order unless you want to be waiting/forgotten.

Love this place! Fantastic food (best wings in Chatham!), quick and friendly staff. We get pizza, wings, salads and garlic bread from Konstanito’s regularly. Their food is always delicious and they have great prices. If you’re looking for a good price meal for yourself or your family, definitely order from here.

My partner and I have been loyal customers of Konstantino Pizzeria for a couple of years now and we order at least every other week. Our top picks are the chicken strip/poutine meals, as well as the panzerottis and chicken wings. Their prices are affordable and very fair as they are generous in toppings and serving sizes. As an added bonus, a month ago I changed to a keto lifestyle and to my surprise, they offer a low carb cauliflower pizza crust... and it's delicious!! I can continue to support this local restaurant, while eating a scrumptious, guilt free meal. Thank you Konstantino Pizzeria for being our go-to place for ordering in night!
