Pizza Hut Chatham

- (new review)Editing m y previous review as i always loved Pizza hut and specially chatham pizza hut. But I don’t know what happened to their food its taste is not same anymore. I always ask for light pizza sauce but they always put more than extra pizza sauce. Complaint to customer service and in store many times but its still the same. Customer service is also not the same, they never greet and even don’t want to say hello! Used to be my regular pizza place. Posting picture as well for reference which include a year ago picture and right now. - (previous review about a year ago) love their customer service, food always great, they have indian taste in their food thats why i love to go their. Ron is very friendly and always welcoming. A lot of parking available and decent price of food. 4 stars

I live in Windsor and always order from the Pizza Hut on Huron Line. The person that answered was extremely hard to understand. Accent was really thick. So we were concerned after placing the order that something may have been screwed up… We were correct. So I called the same number for the Pizza Hut on Huron Line. This time Adrian answered from the Chatham location. Told him what was going on and he was the BEST. Totally understood me, I could understand him and he understood what had happened. He checked my order and there was indeed issues with the first order. Not only was he extremely helpful, he was very nice and made the second call a breeze. Thanks again, Adrian.

Hi! I’m based out of the GTA and have a friend I wanted to send a nice supper to. Her family is in need of cheering up and no one is in the mood to cook or clean. Chris and Adrian have gone above and beyond to ensure my order was correct, hot on delivery and they really cheered me up too. I can’t say thank you enough for helping me brighten a families day ❣️ I’ll be ordering again

Came in for fathers day and have never been more disappointed. We first came in and we’re rude from the start. Didn’t have what we wanted. After finally ordering they told us to find a spot to sit by ourselves. The woman gave us our water, which was tap water, with no ice. Then she proceeded to give us paper plates with our salad. No silverware or napkins, we had to ask, keep in mind these were plastic silverware. While eating, they were vacuuming the store. This was at 8:30pm when they close at 11pm. This is the worst experience I’ve had at Pizza Hut. No wonder they don’t have any business.

DO NOT BUY AT THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION CHATHAM-KENT !!!! LOOK AT PHOTOS !!!!! WORST PIZZA EVER. ordered online at 3pm requested pizza be made for 8pm went in to pick up and was given rock hard pizza called and complained was told pizza was made and ready for pick up and had been sitting on top of the oven since 3:30pm. Was offered free replacement next day went in to pick up the replacement I requested extra cheese on all pizzas and this is what i got no cheese on multiple pizzas i received here are a few photos so you can see how different what you get compared to what you see in advertisements made by this location went in to let the person making the pizza know the pizzas didnt have the amount of cheese i ordered and told them there is lack of toppings and cheese on many slices and was told that this is the way pizzas are supposed to be made and when you cut the pizza all the toppings and cheese comes off. I said i didnt want the pizzas they said there was nothing else they could do for me. called head office complained and head office was supposed to call me back i called today 3 weeks later and they say the case is closed. You might be thinking to yourself this person has put alot of time into creating this feedback and detailing the whole situation online and for those of you who are thinking that you are right i am frustrated and disappointed that pizza hut has lost all standards as I am an 80s child and pizza hut used to be the place that we went to after a soccer game pizza hut used to be the place we had our birthdays ....... Oh well just for you locals out there try Andys pizza or Piezanos pizza both great and fair priced 100% quality same taste same quality every time and no lack of toppings or cheese. YOUR LOSS PIZZA HUT CHATHAM-KENT TOO BAD PIZZA HUT USED TO BE REALLY GOOD UNTIL THIS LOCATION STARTED MAKING PIZZAS please everyone leave your photos and feedback everyone show what they are really doing.
