Mcdonald's

Was ok but not great. Used drive through and only had 5 min drive straight home. When home fries were cold and I mean cold. They no longer I guess give napkins or ketchup unless you ask. They don't offer and definitely don't do if not asked. The customer service has gone so far down. With the extreme rise in price they should be giving all extras like that in abundance

I've been going to this location for the last 8 years that I have been living in Chatham and never ONCE have I had something like THIS happen. My girlfriend and her mom went through the drive thru around 12:23am (July 4th) and as soon as she got back home she gave me my meal and I started off by eating my fries. Everything was all good till I started getting closer to the bottom...after moving and shifting some fries around and to my utter shock and surprise exactly what falls out of the bottom of the container?!?! A DEAD FLY!!! I have NEVER felt more disgusted and nauseated in my entire life than when I have at this very moment!! I could not finish my fries I tossed them out (as there was also a dark hair at the bottom as well) and I honestly wanna throw up because of how nauseous I am. At this point I don't even wanna finish my double big mac now this is the WORST and most disgusting experience I've had at this location I don't even think I'll be back to it after this...I feel really sick to my stomach knowing that I ate the majority of my fries without knowing there was a dead fly close to the bottom.

At 11:48pm, on may fourth, 2022, I ordered a snack size Oreo MacFlurry, along with an ice tea. I owe everything to whoever made this macflurry. I wasn’t worthy of being the one who got to eat it. Perfect Oreo to ice cream ratio, blended seamlessly all the way to the very bottom. I can die happy knowing that out of everyone on this planet; I got to eat the best snack size Oreo MacFlurry. I love you, random employee.
