Ordered take out, chicken pad Thai and pineapple fried rice.
Chicken fried rice was bland, the vegetables tasted like they came out of the frozen 99 cent bin.
Pad Thai tasted like burnt peanut oil, tofu was over cooked and rubbery, and there were only a couple of pieces of green onion.
The portions were good size, however the food was not appetizing.. we did not finish our meals.
Maybe dine in would be better, however we will stick with our other local Thai restaurant for take out.

When I visit the Chatham area I like to try some of the local restaurant’s. Tonight I ordered take out from Rice and Noodle.
The person taking my order on the phone was polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the staff person greeting customers at the door and taking my money was not polite or courteous at all. In fact I found them to be simply rude.
It was not busy and the person serving me was not overwhelmed with orders. They just decided that there was no need for a hello, thank you, or a please. It was “phone number”, “how are you paying”, “do you want your receipt “.
Brutal! You know, being polite, courteous and engaging is free. So even though I enjoyed my food. The customer service left a sour taste in my mouth for Rice and Noodle.

First time there & Waitress suggested the signature noodles. It was tasteless & will never go back. You only get 1 chance to impress & it didn't happen. It's expensive & certainly not worth the money.

Passable . . . food is passable for Thai in this region, BUT there is no ability to order online.
You need, either more staff or more phone lines. Constantly don't answer the phone.

Vegetarian cold rolls were very large and very tasty. The tom yum shrimp soup was also delicious—not super spicy, but still had some heat to it, and the shrimp were fully peeled, which I always appreciate. The vegetable rice noodle house had a very large portion size; my parents shared it and were satisfied.
Overall, food was very good and service was fast. Definitely an enjoyable experience. (However, some of the menus are outdated, including prices—these menus are red, while the up to date ones are more yellow.)

Easily the worst Thai food I've ever had, I judge most places based on a curry which is a very simple dish and they serve something that was flavorless, all the vegetables were overcooked to the point of them turning to mush before I even ate them and there was beef in my curry as well which was so overcooked that was like chewing on a rubber tire. Rubber tire. This place also charges a premium for their Thai food so you would expect great quality and flavors, this place falls way short and I would avoid it at all costs.

A lot of good food (large portions) for a very affordable price. A clean and friendly environment. A dinner for two could have easily fed four.
