They were out of all chicken, no milkshakes so I ordered fries they were So salty that I couldn't even eat them. And I really like salt. Eating a salt shaker would have been easier

I probably come once a week to get too many cookies. My kids and I love them. The chicken strips are the best fast food has to offer, just expensive to go more frequently.

The Hardee's in Chatham has really been topnotch recently. Quick, hot and tasty. So kudos for whoever has accomplished this, seemingly overnight.

Tried to dine in when we walked in he said is there 3 of you and scuffed at us then turned around said great. Real top notch customer service. He wins cause we left and went to Arby's cause they have the meats

Ordered & paid through the app, which was simple enough. Food was made fresh, correctly, fast, and decently priced. Worker was nice!

I have been there a few times. Each time,beside this last time, I got burgers. They had no taste and were not cooked right. This last time I got a chicken sandwich it was so burnt and not edible. My dogs liked it,though.😒 Highly disappointed with the food. Onion rings were also undercooked ad seemed to be a.whole onion fried together and then seperated a bit...as the rings were all fried together and were given to me as a solid piece and also undercooked. I won't be back to this location

Just bad. Got 2 orders of the "2 for $5" roast beef sandwiches on 2 separate orders, somehow that was hard enough for them not to mention the poor quality and super small portions, more like a "2 for $2" deal. Was already down the road when we noticed or would of went back. It's no mystery why this chain is on the decline.

Meh, the food is generally ok in the afternoon, but worse in the morning. Morning portions where small and overpriced, most of the afternoon stuff is actually pretty decent for price and taste, but the burgers need more mustard. I don't like pickles, so I usually order them without any. They tend to get that wrong at a lower rate then MC Donald's. The only real downside is that the wait times are so long it makes it hard to go.
I recommend the firsco no bacon extra tomato extra mayo.
