Papa Johns Pizza

Waited 2 hours for pizza, called to cancel order, was told the money was refunded and pizza was on the house, driver showed up with a receipt to sign, made driver aware order was refunded and was on the house! He stated he didn't know anything about it? Went to his vehicle to communicate with management, pulled out and left with the pizza, called manager, manager didn't give a care less.. I will never order from Papa John's again in my neighborhood, I will order from the other 7 pizza establishments...

How do I add photos to this review? I have proof of this claim. The dough is so undercooked it won't even transfer to a plate. I'm rebaking the pizza the best I can as it's all mangled from trying to pick it up and to think I ordered it to be well done. Nobody wants to wait another 45 minutes for a new pizza that may potentially and probably be just as bad. I regret tipping the driver 5 dollars cash. Though, when I called the store, the manager says I'll have a free pizza on my account but I'm not sure I'll be ordering from here again.

I ordered the parmesan crusted bbq chicken papadia and it was SMOTHERED in bbq sauce. Like, totally smothered so that was the only flavor I got. My boyfriend had a simple alfredo pepperoni pizza and it was super greasy and undercooked. I honestly don't think I'll ever order from here again. It was very subpar.

Poor customer service over the phone. Couldn't complete the order. I told the gal on the phone I was upset and she kept telling me how much I owed. We went elsewhere. I then called back and asked for a supervisor. They had nobody I could talk to about my experience. The message says customer service is important to them. I think farming the calls out of store/ over seas is ridiculous.

They need to tell their drivers NOT to walk through customer's landscaping. I just spent A LOT of money getting my property re-landscaped and the driver is too lazy to use the driveway and sidewalk and he stepped on one of my new plants. That was after getting the wrong pizza (which they did compensate me for).

I placed an order for 5 pizzas at 11am and requested delivery at 1:15pm. At 1:30 I tried to call the store to check the status and couldn’t get ahold of anyone for 25 minutes. When I finally got ahold of someone all they said is that that driver is on their way. 15 minutes later I called back and asked again what the status was and the guy just said they were busy and the driver would be here soon. When the driver finally arrived, 60 minutes past the scheduled delivery time, the driver didn’t say one word to me. I tried asking why was the order an hour late and he didn’t say a single word. After all of that the pizza sucked. I’ve never written a review online but this was ridiculous....I’ll never order from here again.
