Service was good, friendly staff but quality has gone way downhill. Brisket was cold and ribs had no meat on them. It was the same as the last time I went there which is why I didn't go back for quite a while. Thought I'd give it another try, disappointed again. Quality of product has gone down but prices continue to climb.

$25.45 hot buffalo pork rib plate with a side of corn bread & mac & cheese; this is my first time having Dickey’s. I’m not a huge fan of bbq to begin with, but I was starting to run out of Door Dash places to order from. The plate itself is $16.26, but wow, that’s a little extensive for such a small amount of food that lacks flavor & quality. Not a huge fan. I understand since it was delivery, there’s a fee & tip & all, but the quality isn’t it for me. The trip might’ve been the cause for the super soggy corn bread, & the fact that the guy who delivered my meal delivered it to the wrong building. Meh, wouldn’t try it again.

Great place! My wife and I really enjoyed the food and the staff were super awesome.
We both enjoyed the pulled pork and brisket. I also enjoyed the cheddar jalapeno kielbasa. Sides were also good, but theac and cheese was a highlight for me. We're definitely looking forward to going back!

Before I "shred" the restaurant, I will acknowledge three good things:
- The staff (owner? and helper), were friendly and service was quick
- Their waffle fries were excellent. Hot, not overcooked, fresh fryer oil
- The soda dispenser was set properly and delivered a good beverage
Have eaten at Dickey's across the country. Mostly good experiences.
They are franchised, and more than most chains, there is variability. This location was worse than others.
Ordered a pound of brisket, and said we'd be eating there and taking leftover home.
Complaints/comments:
1) We ate the brisket there, immediately. Brisket was not warm. It was tepid at best.
2) Unlike some other Dickey's who somewhat slice the brisket, this store really shredded it.
3) The shredding visually masked (somewhat) the fat they were serving. Had to pick out the fat. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was annoying.
4) We were given two souffle cups of BBQ sauce for the 1lb of meat, and each cup had less than 2 ounces. Many Dickey's have all the varieties of BBQ sauce out for you to help yourself. Maybe because of Covid precaution you have to ask, but I looked at their online menu and it seems they charge for additional sauce.
5) Most Dickey's have pickles out for you to help yourself. This store didn't have any. Maybe because of Covid precaution, you have to ask.
6) We ordered two small sides. Coleslaw seemed exceeding small and maybe not as snappy as usual.
7) The ceiling tiles were dirty/stained/falling down over the food prep/serving area. The worn paneling, dirty signage, and overall condition said to me "we opened in 2013 and haven't cared about how it looks since then".

Overpriced small portions. The tables have cheap plastic table cloths glued onto them. There dirty with the edges hanging loose. The floors are dirty. It's dirty!!! Last time we went here most of my brisket was inedible fatty and burned. We won't be back.

EDIT: Finally was reached out to by the owner after her seeing my review and was told she'd contact me regarding my issues. I waited an additional 2 weeks with no communication until I messaged her again. I was then told I wouldn't get any refund and was only offered a "meat plate" for my issues saying it was all they could offer me. This has been hands down the WORST experience I've had with any restaurant or business bar none. Save your money if you don't want inedible food and to be treated like garbage.
Had my first and only experience eating from here via takeout. All our food was cold to lukewarm, all our chosen upgraded sides were out of stock (completely understandable) but were substituted with basic sides which weren't reimbursed, and we found a CHUNK of plastic in our meat. Called to inform them within 30 minutes of receiving our food about the issues and was told to call back the next day by an extremely rude manager. Called the following day to ask about getting a partial refund for the food with plastic in it and deluxe sides specifically and received the most disingenuous and terrible customer service I've ever experienced. Two week since being told I would be contacted by the owner to receive a refund and I've had 0 communication by the store nor the owner. This will be my first and only time I purchase anything from this restaurant as their food quality and customer service from this experience have been abhorrent.

Terrible. We both ordered pulled pork plates to go. Pork was cold, and even worse was very fatty. We ended up throwing out half the meat. They forgot to give us dinner rolls (Edited). The baked beans, coleslaw, and Caesar salad were OK. The green beans were warm but tasteless. Didn’t eat them either. One of the employees was not wearing his mask, had it down around his chin. Will never go back.

Very overpriced plates with small portions. Most of the food was cold or lukewarm. Ordered the ribs which were decent. Pulled pork was cold and no taste. Kielbasa sausage and brisket was cold and totally tasteless. Then if you put cold BBQ sauces on already lukewarm food, it just makes for a bad food experience. Cole slaw was out of a 5 gallon bucket and probably the same for the mac and cheese.
