They were short staffed when we were there, which I totally understand right now. However, they did nothing to acknowledge the people that were waiting to even put names on a list. Some people stood there for 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement.We waited 40 minutes for a table and then the service was still very slow. I understand staffing is difficult but, when there's no hostess they should at least create a self sign in instead if just ignoring them. I really think they just kind of hoped that they would go away.

Wish I could give a zero. Food was cold. Butter wouldn’t even melt. Plates were hot. Hard to understand. Almost finished meal when pancakes arrives on a plate to small to add syrup. Which I had to request twice. Should have went to waffle inn

Our waitress was wonderful and the food was really good. The problem was the host and the cleaning of the tables after diners left. I was really confused on what the host did. He would set a couple of groups of people. Then go into the kitchen and perhaps helpful waitress out, and in the meanwhile there were plenty of tables that were empty but dirty. I know our waitress and the other waitress we're upset because of how busy they've been and one of them apparently hadn't eaten.. I'm probably not aware of the way they coordinate the seating. And the busboy would clear the dirty dishes but wouldn't wipe the tables. And perhaps there weren't enough waitresses to care for the amount of diners. From start to finish, we were there a whopping 2 hours, if not a little bit longer.

It started with our party of 7 and four other parties being ignored for 10 minutes while standing at the hostess stand, but things got better once we were seated. After we ordered, though, we waited 45 minutes for our food, while watching others (parties of 3 and 7) who were seated after us get their food and finish eating. When the food arrived, 5 of the 7 were either wrong (hamburger instead of crispy chicken sandwich) or missing items (no salsa on the burrito, no bacon on the chicken sandwich, no gravy on the hash brown or sausage bowls, no sausage with the kids meal), so when we asked for the missing items, they appeared on the bill as extras. That misunderstanding was easily rectified, and the food was delicious once it was all on the table. All in all, though, very frustrating.

I won't say I "hated it", but the fact is my cousin and I stopped by there two different times within the month to have a late breakfast, and no one acknowledged us to seat us. The staff would go back and forth to other tables, but we didn't receive service. So, we left both times and went to another restaurant. (The entrance area definitely needs a good cleaning too!).

Wait hour almost 2 no food no communication nothing. I will never come here again…they were short staff and I understand but dang we waited a long time and got nothing . No one at host both to greet guest coming in. Worst ihop experience I’ve ever experience. Don’t know were our waitress went she took a missing when ask were our food was she stated a few more minutes

If I could give 0 starts I would. First off our food was not fully cooked. French frys we're extremely soggy. Our server kept saying she needed a cigarette. The steak my grandmother ordered was fully cooked but they put a horrible sweet sauce on it which she never asked for. It tasted absolutely horrible. They were out of salad, potatoes. All in all the service was horrible. Food was disgusting. And I will never come back here!

When we arrive they mention it was a 10 minute waiting time. It was more the 40 minutes. The weren't able to make any online orders and when the clients came to pick them up the just make them wait without explaining that they were not able to get them out for whatever reason.
The places smells bad and looks really dirty. They definitely need to train their staff to know how talk to the clients in a more respectful way. The serving time is more then 40inutes as well.
