Burger King

I don't usually eat at Burger King due to bad childhood experiences. This location added another bad experience. Granted the staff were nice and polite and willing to fix the issues. That wasn't enough to change my mind. It's been years (20+) since the time I ate at a Burger King and it'll probably be another 20+ years before I eat at another one. But I will definitely not be eating at this location. Twice,m chicken came back with lent/fibers from something in the back. Fix it please.

This service is mediocre and food is below average... The staff is friendly I will give them that. I went to this location the other day because while stopping at McDonald's I noticed the line was crazy long in the drive through. I ordered one item, the "Impossible Whopper". I quickly realized why they had no business compared to their competitors. I took 12 minutes for me to get my one item in the drive through. The Impossible Whopper was decent even though its still processed sodium rich food. Im not a fan of Burger King's food so I tried not to take the quality into account in my scoring. 3 stars for speed of service, Dropped down to 2 because I asked for no tomato and ended up picking it off my burger.

This location is about average, however the staff are always friendly and the inside is usually fairly clean. Service is quick, especially in the drive through. While not stellar for coffee, breakfast still stands out as it's always hot and fresh and much more appealing. If you only visit BK for breakfast, raise my rating one star for this location.

It has a good layout, having several booths and tables. The windows allow for great amounts of sunlight. Its cleanliness level is a low decent: there is typically a mess of straw coverings, tops, and napkins outside the drainer in the drink area, and tables can have a feel of grime to them. Bathrooms have not been visited. The employees speak in a fashion not suitable for work in the prep area, but not to customers and are, in fact, polite. The drink machine is sufficient and does not run out, and the food is dependably up-to-standards for Burger King.

The manager provided the best customer service and was very welcoming. Unlike most fast food restaurants, he was very respectful when taking our order and asked how our meal was when we were getting ready to leave. If you want a good meal accompanied by great customer service, I recommend coming here.

I have had multiple bad experiences here. I have tried to give this restaurant another try two times after my first initial not great experience, and every experience after was worse and worse. The first time they did not put cheese on my sandwich like I asked. So I went back around to have it fixed. The woman at the window was at least courteous and fixed it for me. I was impressed with the fast service and the warm food The second time they forgot my sauces and I had to go back. The woman handed them to me rudely without a word. Service was still fast, but having it shoved at you isn't nice. The third time was an absolute disgrace. The young African American woman with long black hair rudely answered the intercom, hurried through my order, spoke my total so fast I barely knew what she was saying. I am always so polite, and made sure to smile, say hello, say thank you to this young woman. She said not a word to be at the window. Looked at me with a dead annoyed stare. Threw my food at me practically and slammed the window. I was so annoyed, but just took my food to the parking lot to check it and eat it. Sure enough, I was missing my sauces AGAIN. This was now 3 times out of 3 my order was wrong. So I drive back around to the speaker to explain my sauce wasn't in the bag. Absolutely no answer even after yelling "hello, hello". After a few minutes and a line beginning to form behind me, I notice the woman who I previously encountered at the window walking across the drive thru onto the parking lot. I was pretty annoyed at this point so I drove up to the window. A different white middle aged heavy set woman with short dark hair and bad hygiene opened the window. She didn't say a single word to me, she just looked at me. I was like "excuse me, but I was talking into the loudspeaker and waiting for over 5 minutes with no response. I was missing my sauces in my bag." She continued to stare at me like I was speaking a different language. Then I repeated myself again and explained how terrible my service had been. All she did was hand me the sauce and shut the window. No explanation, no apology nothing. I was so angry at this point, my food was cold. I thought at least now I could eat it though. I checked my bag and they made my sandwich incorrectly too! I was so beyond frustrated at this point I just threw the food away. The last three women mentioned need fired immediately. I will never ever go to this Burger King again, and I strongly advise anyone else to stear clear as well. Their customer service, hygiene, and simple listening comprehension is an absolute joke.
