Always a positive experience on weekend afternoons early evening after swimming. Nice staff, quick service. Ice cream always seems to be fresh and the orders are correct. We have been several times this summer.
I like the ice cream they have allot of flavors on display and they let you sample all of them if you want, they don't always have waffle cones but when they do, expect them to be fresh or sometimes if you are lucky you can see them make it on the spot and sell it to you while it is still warm. However the store is not very clean, they don't wipe the tables and when you ask them they give you a rag to wipe your table which made me feel a little upset.
All in all the staff is friendly so thats good and so is the ice cream!
This morning I went BR-DD and I had the best experience with a young lady named Crystal. I had a problem with my order and had to go back , I must say it was my fault But she was so professional and smiled the entire time , It was just her demeanor and her charisma and the way she smiled she made the day a better day. It could be hard sometimes when you work with the public , if everyone was like that the world would be a better place. May God Bless her and the other employees there, because I didn't see one person complaining .Thanks again!
people have always been very polite to me at this store. the store looks clean and actually, this is my favorite baskin robbins store in charlotte. i'm handicapped and someone almost always asks if they can help me carry my purchase to my car. i buy at least 6 quarts or more of ice cream when i go to this store because i really don't get out very often due to pain. they really go out of their way to give me quality service.
Our order was to our satisfaction. The ice cream bubble gum was really good! Would definitely go again. 10/10.
The Dunkin portion of this business is slow and today they were out of caramel for the signature lattes.
the workers was so nice. :) there’s this one worker that gave me EXTRA caramel in my milkshake.
My daughter tried the caramel iced coffee with almond milk and thought it was very good.
This location had exactly what we wanted and prepared it quickly.
Best icecream ever!! I got the waffle cone with 1 scoop of vanilla and 1 scoop of chocolate!!
