Sat at bar, monday lunch time. Bartender was extremely prompt and greeted me with a smile. Tried the mushroom Swiss burger. Very tasty. Fries nice and crisp.
We were here celebrating my husband new business accomplishments . Our waitress was great! Our service was a bit slow and we were the only persons in the restaurant for about 20 mins but we did understand they were under staffed. Overall our meals was fresh hot and delicious and we actually had good drinks not all juice and ice.

Hey hey Google Fam - I’m back. Chili’s is a family friendly restaurant that serves a variety of American and Mexican food, as well as plenty of alcoholic drinks. Fortunately, I lucked out and I got a very attentive and quick server, unlike the ones mentioned in other reviews (thank you to the server that night). The food was great 👌🏼 we ordered the Smokehouse Combo, which allows you to choose 3 different meats/foods of your choice for $18-$20, accompanied with fries and buttered corn, as well as a combination order of Steak/Chicken/Pork Fajitas, which came out on a hot sizzling platter. Everything was good and we were so full 😌. This wasn’t my first time and it won’t be last. I hope I continue to get good service as I come here. Keep up the good work. 🤤
The food was good. The service was okay. My waitress was new and was doubling as the bartender. The place was a little neglected but overall it was Nice to be able to eat out. I got the chicken with broccoli and iced tea. I chose the $10 combo and was very pleased with my meal. it was to choose late at night much else was open. There was plenty of parking outside and plenty of seating inside. They do offer curbside pickup if you don't want to eat inside. The staff did wear face masks and did offer plastic utensils for anyone that did not want to use regular silverware.
Hands down to the crew at South Tryon Street. The server, Devonte was exceptional with service and personality. The manager, Patty cooked the burgers and was honestly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Wasn’t pink but not overcooked. Was sooooo juicy. Thank you for this 5 plus star experience!!!!
Had lunch there with my eight year old nephew and he thoroughly enjoyed this location. Servers and hostesses were welcoming and engaging. Food was excellent and at the right temperature. Logan was great! We'll definitely return!
Excellent service from our waiter, Devonte was absolutely a delightful person. Manager Patty cooked the burgers to perfection. Great service all around 👏 👍
Pretty sure Brinker International owner of Chili's also started this type of meal delivery system as part of their services. The wings and fries were so good! Would order this again!
Let me first say it was a longer than normal wait time,and I definitely understand due to the fack of being short staff, but our server Jordan was wonderful and attentive! Even being short staff he was able to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl. So I would return just for his great customer service alone, food was hot and good my steak was cooked to perfection. I would recommend and return.
Our server was great! We had a decent-sized party and they took care of us well. Refills without asking and no issues with the food.
