I had an exemplary experience tonight! I ordered a Genera Tso, Potstickers π₯ and raspberry margarita that were not just delectable but also filling. The manager Amelia was attentive and went beyond my expectations with the service provided, Also she makes a rocking margarita! Iβll definitely look forward to my next visit!
I loooove this place!! It NEVER disappoints!! Sooo yummmy. I recommend the build ur own bowl!! And u pack ur stuff as high as u can, don't forget ur tray, spices, and sauces. I used 3 yesterday. Some of the hottest ones. Dragon's..., 3G, and Kung Pao. And some of the super hot spices too. I looove this location!! The staff is phenomenal and on point!! Great service, the food was brought out quickly and it was delicious. They currently have $5 margaritas and they are amazing. New management is doing a great job. Canβt wait to come back!
So I visited here 10/11/2023. This was not my first time and will not be my last. I've been here many times before. I don't eat out a lot except once a year when family visits, and this is one of our spots. The service this time was the best it's ever been. Our server was Leialani, and she was awesome. I wish I could have had her my other visits here and future visits. I love that I can pick my own proteins and vegetables and not have to worry about something "extra" in my food that I don't want. The choices of seasonings and sauces (that I get to pick as well) make it even better. I can only get mad at myself if the flavors don't work, lol. Food is always hot and fresh. I'm docking it one star because our food was served in throw-away containers with plastic utensils. I feel that as much money was spent on dinner, it should have been served on regular plateware with regular silverware. Other than that, great experience. Highly recommend.
So this is my first time at Genghis and I am so impressed! I'll start off with the staff and atmosphere, the staff super attentive and friendly. The place was clean and had a relaxing vibe. The biggest thing of all the food OMG! Huge selection and everything tasted super fresh! Needless to say I'll be a regular!
Very clean and relaxing environment. The food is AMAZING. The customer service is out the roof ! I highly recommend anyone to come and try it out !
My wife and I got there at least once every few months. We really enjoy the food there and the service it is way better than the one we have in Winston. You can pack your bowl as much as you can fit it with a good variety of meat options and veggies as well! They also have a menu you can pick what you want as well. Staff are friendly and the food was good! Will keep coming back again!
Dave was extremely helpful in walking us through the process of creating your own bowl! I love this place and it was even better with him helping us out! We appreciate him he did a great job! He was consistent in making sure we had everything we needed at the table! He deserves a raise :)
The wife and I love the food here. Greeter was made aware it was our first time and she literally walked us through it all from start to finish. Even had a nice conversation with the cook. Everyone is super chill and welcoming.
I am visiting Charlotte and the rep at hotel nearby told me how much enjoyed this place and brings his kids! Food was sooo good! Staff was super friendly and helpful! I ordered takeout and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had the build your own bowl. A lot of fresh vegetables and topping to choose from. Great value for $$!
