Love their pizza but sores brownies and cinnamon are the best!
Please make sure to pay attention to the cut requested on the app. I always check the box for triangle cut and I always end up getting a square cut. I know it isn’t huge but it does matter. Thank you for tasty pizza!
I accidentally ordered my pizza at the wrong time for our baseball team. The staff realized it and called to verify when I really needed it. They went above and beyond! The pizza was great and delivered nice and hot. Excellent service!
Great food and pizza, prices are reasonable, staff was very friendly, had the Italian sausage sub , very good , had a slice of pizza with 3 toppings , well worth the price , it was 2 times the size of a normal slice , thank you !
This was my first time trying Marco's and I was not disappointed. The pizza was delicious, the staff was professional and attentive and the pizza was just as good (if not better) the next day. I would rate this above all chain pizzerias and I hope they build more in my area.
Best tasting commercial pizza chain, and the staff is respectful & responsive. It has gone through it’s cycles of better & worse teams over the past 5+ years (on a good streak right now 👍), and they get it right way more than they don’t and handle any issues if there’s truly a problem.
I want to commend this location for staying calm while short staffed . One of the cooks continuously let those waiting know when they could expect their order. He also had to answer phones while driver delivered food and the phone rang non stop. I was impressed by the customer service shown and did not mind waiting for my order. May I also add that I still received the same great quality pizza. Please people have some patience with those working under staffed. Some people are working double and triple shifts or 7 days a week to keep their place of business afloat.

I LOVE Marcos! Including tonight, I've ordered from them three times and I have yet to be let down! A few weeks ago during lunch time my daughter and I were hungry and had a taste for pizza, I've never been inside of Marcos but I was willing to give it a try. The customer service was amazing and the woman behind the counter told me all about the different pizza's and specialties that were offered. I ultimately ordered a personal pizza for my daughter and I to share and we LOVED IT! In fact we loved it so much, that same night I ordered it for dinner and my husband was impressed as well. Well, tonight at the last minute I decided to order pizza. Marcos was the only place open and since I knew their pizza was amazing I had no problem ordering. I'm assuming my order was the last order that was being made for delivery because they gave us an extra pie! Of course my family cannot eat all of that pizza tonight, but tomorrow is another day that I won't have to cook! They definitely cemented themselves a loyal customer! By the way, I used the pizza tracker on their website and my pizza arrived before the time indicated on the website. Oh and one more thing, I am deaf and therefore calling to order pizza is a bit of a hassle. I'm glad that Marcos accepts online ordering, makes everything easier for me! <3
Marcos Pizza is always the best! Every order I’ve placed is not only high-quality, but fresh! Every single time I order, which is usually two or maybe three times a week. #Single. Lol. They always deliver within 20 minutes to 25 minutes. Are usually order after 9:00 PM. Tonight, for the first time since I can remember, they were like five minutes late and they threw in barbecue chicken wings absolutely free for being tardy. Not even late! I really love Marco‘s! And if you’re in the Steele Creek area make sure you get Jared as your driver and make sure you tip all of them well becauset they work hard & will always make sure your deliveries are hot & on time. Thank you again Jarrid for the extra special attention. That’s the difference.
Super friendly and helpful staff! Went above and beyond for us last week! We will definitely be sure to stop by when we're back in the area! *this is the one that was open when the other Marcos at Fort Mill said it was open but no one picked up the phone and we placed an order online but this Marcos did our order for us! Thank you!
We order from here a lot and never have a problem. The delivery time is normal and the food is always hot when it arrives. I gave a four star rating only because I did not appreciate the lady delivering my food to ask me for a tip because she is a single parent. Outside of that, we love ordering from Marcos in Steelecreek.
