First of all the person who took my order and gave me my order was so personable and called me by name, and was really nice, I appreciate that. I think his name was Guy.
When I got home, I realized I had got the wrong wings and when I called and mentioned it, they fixed it immediately. When I went back to the restaurant, the order was ready and they apologized and gave me the right thing at no cost. I really appreciated that they made things right with no argument.
I have been to this location several times in the last couple of weeks and every time I come in to order or call everyone is so professional, nice, and accommodating. My wings are always cooked to perfection which keeps me coming more often than actually should. Keep up the great work you guys. I see your hustle and effort. It’s truly appreciated!
Upon arrival, the atmosphere is very chill. The entire crew is helpful and responsive to assist. The teamwork is visible and their goal to satisfy every customer is astonishing. They are focused on quality service all while greeting each customer equally and serving fresh food! 10/10
I picked up my food, and the person who was talking to me was super super nice, and when I came home, everything was perfectly wrapped and well taken care of and the food was delicious. I am definitely ordering food at this place and the family combo was perfect.
Wish I could remember the last name who served me, she was light skin and had long dreads. She was extremely professional and so polite. Even the cook who was making the food was professional, he made sure to toss them wings with care. Lol the place was also very clean and drink station was nice and tidy. I came on a Tuesday at 5pm so that shift did an awesome job. Food hot and fresh.
I placed 2 orders online in the course of a few hours. Both instances were pleasurable. I was greeted properly and both experiences were good. My only criticism is that the sandwich was a bit salty.
Everything was HOT and fresh. Wings was crispy and fries was cooked perfect. I ordered Togo but the inside was very clean as well. Great customer service as well. Will definitely be visiting this location again. Spicy Korean is my favorite flavor!!!!
Whoever worked on Sunday night on Oct. 8th around 11 pm, YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!!! My food was so delicious, correct, well made, and even had extra chicken!! Made my night 😩
Took a few times to get right but the final result was worth it. Tried asking the name of guy who did these Louisiana Voodoo fries justice and the other crew said his name was Nigel.
Give this location a try. The food is great! They are doing their best considering limited workers, which is almost every business now-a-days.
