I’ve been going to this store for years. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences here but since the new manager Dre has come along he makes my visits enjoyable. I came into the store 2 weeks ago and needed to put air in my tire which happened to be completely flat. I was scared and didn’t know the first thing to do. My card wouldn’t work inside store so he paid for my things out his own pocket, gave me a hot cup of coffee and came outside to put air in my tire. He declined to accept my tip and said he was only doing his job. If that’s in his job description I hope he is paid decent. I will continue coming as long as he is there. This is by far the best employee you guys have hired so please keep him.

Fast and friendly service. I come here all the time for the convenience. At one point I was looking for a specific wine which they did not carry, but the manager offered to start ordering it, and now I do not have to drive all across town to pick up the wine! Great service!!

The men (brothers) who own this 711 are two of the kindest men; they treat their employees well which is important to me! It may be completely none of my business how an employer treats their employees, but I think it all customers concern how employers treat their employees, for when employees aren't happy who do you think suffers that unhappiness? The customers! Most of their employees are personable, friendly, remember who regular customers are, I am always happy to see the cashiers! After a year of living in this community I became diabetic. I asked owner please, could he get some healthy snacks. He did! And many different types! I see some negative reviews about this 711 cashiers, understandable, I too over the past five years of going to this store at least two times a week have gotten into it with a cashier, but I would ask please that one consider this: These cashiers deal with the best and worst of society! They are continually disrespected, looked down upon, have more responsibilities than just checking us out, they also have personal lives like the rest of us having good days and bad days. Personally, I could NOT be a cashier more so at a busy convenient store! I would be FIRED or QUIT after the first two RUDE customers! In these days and times of the "customer is never right" this store, the owners and the cashiers are a breath of fresh air! By no means "prefect", but truly some of the BEST people! The owners and cashiers have went out of their way to be helpful to me, carrying package of water to my car, opening the door for me, you know, being descent human beings! They have bad days and i have caught them on those days, vice versa... Leave a place, situation better than how you found it! THANK YOU to them ALL!
