Bojangles

I've always been a Bojangles fan, but must say I haven't been a fan of this location for a long time, which is a shame because it's so close. That being said, I wanted to acknowledge the changes they're making to their service in the quality of their food. The last few times I've been it's been noticeably much better. This morning I went through the drive-thru very quickly, the service was friendly, and the food was very well prepared. I'd like to thank the management and crew for the improvements they're making! They're being noticed!

I know how disheartening it is to receive bad service. I mean come on people. Bojangles has been hit or miss forever... I've been in clt for about 15 years. It's never changed at any of their locations. Either you're gonna get cold food, bad food, hard food, semi-warm food or a complete incorrect order. I went to the store on Mallard Creek tonight, they were out of rice. So I drove up to highland store praying that I didn't waste my time... Success! I mean it was near closing time, but somehow God made it happen. I now have a large rice to go along with my hot and tasty Philly cheesesteak gryo that I bought from peño mediterranean grill. I still think Popeyes had the better rice recipe. Pox on them for discontinuing it. Frfr, yo if you have a complaint, go to Google and type in bbb bojangles complaint. You'll be taken to the better business bureau where you can write an official complaint to management. The employees at these stores don't make enough money to care about Google reviews. How many times do you keep coming back and receiving the same poor level of service? If you do not use the official complaint channels nothing will change and the corporation will think what they're putting out is 100% acceptable... Either complain via the BBB or stop spending your money here..... Helloooo!
