French toast was amazing waffle was better than any waffle I've ever had. Bacon was cooked perfectly not burnt not raw. All in all I'll be back weekly

Nothing I've had here thus far has been bad! Such good food and the staff is really nice too. The chicken and waffles and the shrimp and grits were soooooo good! Must try!

Well prepared, fresh, and good sized selection of menu items. The Juices/smoothies are a nice touch. The immediate area seemed to lack a good spot for brunch, so I'm happy to know this is an option.

I rate Kiya's 4.5. Food is excellent. I go all the time. I bring my 3 sons who are picky eaters and they always get their fill. Most everything is made to order so don't come in a rush or you'll leave upset. The only thing that i can say needs to improve is the speed of the food coming out. They usually have one chef but the dining room is rarely full. I'm sure if the community patronized the business more, the owner would hire more chefs.

Awesome food! Great prices! Love the interior decor. My only complaint is that I neither live nor work near this place :-(. I will definitely find an excuse to visit again, though.

Food is consistently good. Servers are not experienced and it shows. My third or fourth visit and newcomers are always confused at check out because they never explain that you have to cash out at the counter.
