Nordstrom

Went to Nordstrom SouthPark today to finish some Christmas shopping. During my shopping, I was able to witness Nordstrom Loss Prevention in ACTION! At first I didn't even know they had a Loss Prevention team since they dressed like actual customers until I saw 2 guys run after someone in the mall and recover a huge bag full of merchandise that 2 teenagers had stole. Both teens ran back inside the store almost tripping other shoppers. The LP team did an AMAZING job in getting back their stuff and everyone clapped for them! I talked to them and thanked them for what they do as that has to be a scary job to do. They were extremely nice and stated they love what they do. Someone get them boys a RAISE!! Shoutout to Nordstrom for ACTUALLY caring about consumer prices and keeping it low as they can while catching the theives that ruin it for everyone.

I am always impressed by the organization, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere of this location. Every staff member in every department is so helpful and friendly, I'm always tempted to buy stuff I didn't even come for! Bonus: Yesterday, on a whim, I decided to get fitted for a bra... something I've never done before and was shy about... but I just decided to inquire yesterday because everything I own is kind of uncomfortable. A wonderful team member named Paris went above and beyond in helping me and I left with the most comfortable bra I've had in my entire life... no joke! Thank you!

Nordstrom is my favorite department store. Everything is beautifully laid out and the staff is second to none. I went in looking for boots and jeans and had a great experience. Both people who helped me were friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I got some fantastic Wit and Wisdom jeans, and Sam Edelman boots.

This is a review of the MENS CLOTHING SECTION: My brother and I went in for suits for my upcoming wedding, we were greeted with a warm smile by Mark Jones, this was our lucky day! Mark proceeded to help a couple of first timers with a level of expertise that is hard to find these days. He never made us feel awkward or bad about the fact that this was clearly our first real fitting for high end clothing. I came in with what I thought I wanted but he told me I looked like a Ted Baker guy, he was right! He even took the time to do all of our cuffs before the tailor came to take the measurements and mark up the suits. This was truly the perfect experience. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional or efficient process. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes (I had a flight to catch and Mark made note of that). Oh and he was also working his magic with another customer just ahead of us! This is a high level guy!! Thank you Mark! My wedding is next weekend 9/9 and we will be the two sharpest dressed guys there thanks to you!! Ask for him by name, you will not regret this!!

I went into Nordstrom just to get some food so wanted to have the turkey bacon club that I've had it pretty much every other Nordstrom across the country. The sandwich and the salad tasted grape and the service was great. My only gripe about this Nordstrom is that it does not have a bar inside. Every Nordstrom should have a bar.
