They were training new people but did a pretty good job. Wait time to order was 5mins, took another 5 to get the drink. I ordered in store. The drive through was simply slammed the whole time I was there- I would not have wanted to be in that line. Drink was fine once I got it. I think this place is maybe busier than they expected so likely going to get better to meet the demand.

Jose was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to make sure his customer (me) was satisfied. It makes me happy to see that there are those who don’t only do it for the money but enjoy what they do and how it makes the customer feel. Jose thank you 😊 you were the best part of my day yesterday especially being that my day started off rough. See y’all soon.

Pretty much the only time I go to Starbucks is when I have a meeting with someone. Great WiFi connections, spacious table placement at this location so others are not bothered by our conversation, and clean facilities. Very busy drive-thru. While they didn't quite make my friend's coffee correctly, they did try. This location is quite acceptable for future meetings. They offer a nice selection of brunch-type fare.

I had to share my experience at this location today, I really want to think Laura the lady at the drive thru for making my day today after having a horrible week, after receiving my order I had to pull over & thank God for this woman sometimes kindness goes a long way you never know what a person is going thru & what an impact you have on people’s lives. Thank you so much Laura for making me smile today you are truly amazing & bc of you I’m going to forget about what I’m going through & have a great weekend

They’re always 10/10 with the positivity & energy despite the chaos they have to deal with morning rushes. They always get my order right. They were generous enough to adjust an order another location got wrong which they didn’t have to do. I’ve made the mistake of trying other locations and the quality of service & baristas don’t compare.

Bought customized coffee, which was good. The wait in line was torturous and then I waited long for my coffee. They need more workers to help with a crowded drive-through. Their customer service care and attitude is much, much better than one location I visited the day before.

Lauren was such a pleasure! Great customer service, very pleasant and friendly. Tried the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew for the first time, VERY GOOD!

I went around 8:30am on a Sunday morning so there was no line! I’m not a big coffee drinker but wanted to try something different this morning. I asked for a “surprise me” drink that’s dairy free. I got a iced coffee with oat milk and a lemon cake slice. My drink was good and not too strong. I thought the lemon loaf cake was made fresh in store but it comes in a individual slice plastic wrap.

The young man at the window was very pleasant and super Courteous!!! Not to mention his hair matches Starbucks!!!! I love it !!! And the barista did an awesome job on my drink I am very picky and my drink order is sometimes complicated and she definitely did an amazing job on craftsmanship!! Way to go !!!’ 12/14/21
