Panera Bread/restaurant
Surprisingly good food came out of this restaurant. Super easy kiosk food ordering system. Lots of people placed orders at the same time. You pay with cc at the kiosk so no making change or cashiers to slow the process down. However only one (chef) food prep person was slow. The lady at the counter seemed completely overwhelmed and confused.
No tables or place to eat. Take and go. No utensils to cut the large sandwich.
Ordered a pepperoni chicken sandwich. Flavorful. Bread portion was really good. Much better than a typical bun at other fast food places.
Came on Christmas Day and the store was closing early. Looked like they had a busy day because they were out of a few items. The cashier this evening was very sweet and informed everyone before they ordered what they could get. She was very sweet and my order was perfect and she gave me a free pastry! Thank you!!!

We stopped by this Panera Bread on concourse A of the Charlotte international Airport. The young lady who helped us was very friendly and professional, especially since it was 05:30am I'm the morning. I'm not sure why their rating is so low, because based on our experience this morning....their worthy of a 5 star rating.
This team has it together! They worked through so many orders in a timely manner. Our order came out correctly. It made for a low stress morning in the airport.
I'm glad we got to try this place while waiting for our next flight. There are tablets that you can order your food but only a few worked. However, you can order at the counter. We ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese on chibatta bread, vanilla latte, bagel with cream cheese, and strawberry smoothie. When our other was ready, the lady told us that they didn't have the smoothie. But she was super nice!!! She refunded the money. We really liked the chibatta so we decided to get another one with two waters. They have us the chibatta free and have us a military discount! Very friendly! Also, I just want to point out, we loved the female worker at the front... She has short hair and it's colored. She was very enthusiastic. Her spirit there made it even better!
Lady taking our order (hair split in two colors) was awesome. Excited to be there and made a packed airport seem calm! Plus food was great. She recommends some green passion!
This is my breakfast stop when in the Charlotte Airport. They've always delivered great service.
Good food just very very slow but it is in an airport
Airport location so atmosphere was airport like. The sandwich was surprisingly tasty but a little pricey in my humble opinion. The coffee was piping hot and I had to let it cool down. Staff were friendly.
Fast and efficient service at the airport. You can order on their kiosks if you don't wish to wait in line.
