Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Ballentyne for Dine-in or To-go. We love the Mexican food ordered from here every time. The staff is so kind and helpful.
We had an awesome waiter and the food was as good as it gets! It all came out hot and fresh and tasted amazing.
Service can be a hit or a miss at times but it's like that everywhere.
My husband is wheelchair bound and yet the hostess always tries to sit us in a booth. And then we're squished between table settings. 🤦🏼♀️

The steak came out medium instead of medium rare, but they replaced it with a full, complete dinner. This time it was much better! Great service!
I walked into this Chilli's and was blown away. It was cleaner than any other Chilli's restaurant I had ever gone into. I was very pleased with the chicken crispers I received as they were tender. They should be called the chicken extra tenders 😂 😂 😂 This is the best Chilli’s I’ve been to in Charlot
The waitress was friendly, food was good. The rice was kinda cold and not a lot of flavor to it but everything else was good.

Waitress was incredibly sweet and checked in often, the food came out very quick and tasted great!! We did almost leave because there was no one out to seat us when we arrived and had to wait a while before someone came to us, and there were several tables / spots at the bar that were not cleaned up
I had wings they were were good just order all flats drumsticks are huge
They took off the Cajun Chicken Pasta from the 3 for ME deal but still have it as a regular menu item
It's been quite some time since I've been to chili's, ... and I'd forgotten how good their burger was. It was outstanding. Our service by Joe was good ... what a polite and accommodating young man. One of the best burgers in town, and reasonably priced.

Service was outstanding. Every employee from the hostess to our server to the young man who brought us our food, all were polite, courteous and genuinely seemed intent on making sure we were satisfied at all times.
