They must have new management because the place and the parking lot are ALWAYS clean. The food is always fresh as well. Beware, they NO LONGER HAVE THE RED PATIO CHERRY SODA. (the second thing they were known most for.) They said it's been gone for while. ๐ฅบ. Anyways the inside has completely changed as well. It's minimalistic now, which is ok. Just tables and chairs. Also, there is no longer any carpet in the dining area. Glad I decided to start trying them again. I wasn't disappointed at all.
The young man who took my order didn't seemed distracted and not happy to be there, I always thought you are supposed to greet the customer with a SMILE? It wasn't very busy, he was just standing around not being part of the TEAM. One of the ladies, I imagine the shift manager or Assistant manager had to call him to help out. When I went to get a napkin there was only a couple napkins in the dispenser. He should have been CHECKING THINGS OUT AND POLICING THE CUSTOMER AREA to make sure things were CLEANED and kept up. ๐ค๐ฏ๐ณ๐ฎโ๐จ THAT'S NOT THE WAY THINGS WERE WHEN I WORKED AT A PLACE SIMILAR TO Bojangles. Which is WORSE NO HELP OR BAD HELP, not sure I know the ANSWER.๐๐ THE FOOD WAS GOOD, I ALMOST WENT BACK FOR SECONDS BUT I NEED TO THINK ABOUT MY WEIGHT.๐ฎโ๐จ๐
The service good today. I did not have to wait to long, the only reason why o had to wait was for some hot fresh fries. They was under staff, and the food was good.
Cashier / manager left the front register with people in line. Had to go to the back to bread chicken that was running low. "Someone will be with you in a minute". Gave up waiting and went to the drive through for faster service. Fairly speedy compared to inside but the window cashier obviously had little interest in his task. Just going through the motions. No "may I take your order?" Stateing the price at the window and then hand you the bag before closing the window.

Haven't been to this location in years. I had to change it from one star to five because the staff is amazing. The manager right now has the drive thru and inside flowing smoothly. He's well spoken to customers and encouraging to the staff and I was only in there for four minutes! Great experience!!!
Would been 5 stars straight thru, but I requested curbside pickup due to sprained foot and can't hear the drive thru due to hard of hearing. After 10 mins(15 mins after said food was ready), and countless pressing of "I'm here" had to hobble into store to get it and no one was at counter for 4 mins or so.
We stopped in right before closing on Mar 10th & Melissa was absolutely ๐ฏ fantastic!! Although they were in the process of closing up she went above & beyond for us ๐จ๐ฆ girls!! The food was delicious & we'll definitely be back next time we're in Charlotte!!
