This Penn Station goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers from door dash, walk ins, to catering. There was only Two Employees working very to accommodate their customers.!!!!!!!! Awesome

Came on lunch got BLT with fries and a drink. Wonderful hot and fresh food with excellence customer service! Little dirty seats / floor but no worries the friendly staff is great ! Now the combo medium fry and regular sub size cost a bit much for my liking but quality i suppose.

We had a coupon for a free sub and stopped in. Subs are excellent and the staff were very friendly. I would go back again. Prices might be on the higher side but quality of food was great.

I've been skipping this place because of some reviews but finally took a chance cause I was craving a cheesesteak. Something must have changed because my experience was well above what I would expect from a restaurant these days. I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me, but I haven't had service like that in 3 years. Nothing crazy, but these days it's a huge ask just to have someone act friendly or even act like they want you in the store. I walked in 45 minutes before closing on a Monday and I could not have been treated more friendly and excited to serve. Food was outstanding, fries were fresh hot and abundant. Just a really great meal from friendly capable staff. I can't wait to go back for real.

Today was my first time eating here so I was unsure about the menu but the staff was very friendly and patient with me. This was the best sub I’ve had in a long time. Everything was fresh, the meat was perfectly seasoned and the French fries were amazing. I didn’t even take pictures I was really hungry but I will definitely be back.

The subs there are also it was my first time and the general manager mikel Murphy made it the best first-time experience ever. His attitude was so nice and he treated me like he been knowing me for years. The only reason why I gave it to 3 as far as atmosphere is because I didn't dine-in I took it to go will revisit this place.
