Chuy's

Moved to Charlotte from Austin, Tx a year ago and thanked the heaven's above when we discovered Austin's Chuy's within a 30 min drive from our new home. We stopped by for dinner tonight and much to our surprise had the most incredible service ever! Ever! I can't recall when I've ever had such great service. The name is Bennett (spelling may be off), but he is your guy when you visit Chuy's. He was manning several tables on a busy weeknight and always with a smile and courteous check in, as well as quick with responding to a request. His check-ins were always at the perfect time and very concientious. I was so amazed and shocked that I asked to speak with his boss to let her know then and there what a great find he was in a hire. She then shared that it was his first night! His first night on the job!!! Bennett's enthusiasm to do his job well was unlike anything I had ever experienced and a hard find these days in the service industry. Bennett, thank you for making us feel like your #1 priority this evening and for your wonderful hospitality. Keep up the great work ethic!

First timers. Pleasantly surprised with the menu and quality of the food. Will definitely go back again. Check out the daily specials. Went back with a large group (11). Seated appropriately with instant waiter service. Our waiter was excellent in providing quality service to our group. All food came out quickly with no errors.

Love, LOVE Chuys!!! Great tasting Mexican food. Got the combo Fajitas Steak and Chicken. Meat cooked perfectly. Server Leeka was amazing!! Really quick and friendly. Tortillas freshly made, and the salsa is spicy and delicious. Food service was great too! Friendly, attentive, and fast. This time I got the meat and vegetables separate so I could cook them how I wanted - not too well done.. Sam and Cameron are also fantastic Servers!! My only suggestion is to up your dessert selections!! Offer sopapillas, and fried ice cream please!!!

Tonight was the 2nd time I have ordered from here and it was just like I remembered. Quality and quantity. The chicken and the steak combo was juicy and flavorful. I ordered the half size, and it still seemed like a lot of food. The only downside was that a 4oz side of queso was over $5, which I thought was a little pricy for that small amount. However moving on to service, the worker who delivered the food to the car was very pleasant and energetic. Can't wait to actually plan a dine in experience.

I've passed Chuy's Tex-Mex restaurant a few times, so I met a friend there for lunch. Was greeted by the hostess as soon as we stepped in. The waitress was at our table with chips and salsa and returned with the drink orders. As soon as the food was ready, it was out served hot. I had the fajita chicken soft tacos on flour tortillas served with rice and beans. The shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and guacamole are on the side. Perfect for the picky eaters, but it's better when it's all on the taco 🌮. The food was good and the service was excellent. Next time, I will go back to try the Tex-Mex enchiladas.
