The staff was really nice but not professional. They were joking around a lot. I am glad they were having fun at their jobs oh, I just thought it needed to be toned down a little. They were making orders but didn't seem in any real hurry to get stuff out. I waited seven to eight minutes for a drink with only a couple people ahead of me. Really good drink though.

An angry lady came in with an attitude (her and her husband were on bikes) and yelled at the staff demanding for the names of the employees. She was very awful and treated them like trash. People don't deserve that kind of harassment no matter what. I hope that some form of management sees this and protects the girls job. Smoothies are always good and staff is very nice to me everytime I go.

Lovely staff that is quick and attentive. Vibrant colors decorate the inside of the venue as well as the menu. Great choices whether you are looking for flavor or health. Worth eating at.

I recently went to Jamba Juice which I have not been to since the nineties and had an excellent experience. The thing that made it so great was the customer service. I want commend Taylor, CJ and Jana for delivering excellent customer service!!! They were awesome!!! Now I'm hooked on the Acia Bowl thanks to CJ. I want to give special thanks to Taylor and CJ for their exceptional customer service.
