The staff was really nice but not professional. They were joking around a lot. I am glad they were having fun at their jobs oh, I just thought it needed to be toned down a little. They were making orders but didn't seem in any real hurry to get stuff out. I waited seven to eight minutes for a drink
An angry lady came in with an attitude (her and her husband were on bikes) and yelled at the staff demanding for the names of the employees. She was very awful and treated them like trash. People don't deserve that kind of harassment no matter what. I hope that some form of management sees this and
Lovely staff that is quick and attentive. Vibrant colors decorate the inside of the venue as well as the menu. Great choices whether you are looking for flavor or health. Worth eating at.
I recently went to Jamba Juice which I have not been to since the nineties and had an excellent experience. The thing that made it so great was the customer service. I want commend Taylor, CJ and Jana for delivering excellent customer service!!! They were awesome!!! Now I'm hooked on the Acia Bowl
We had been waiting years for this chain to make it here. We love all the combination of smoothies you can get here. Now we just need a store to get closer than an hour away.
