Cashier and staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you Mckenzie for helping me. Mobile order didn't go through and she helped me redo the order with using my coupon and gift cards. Very helpful and kind. Mobile order processed on app and then I received another email telling me my order wasn't sent to the store. I'll reach out to customer service about app issue. Thankful for Mckenzie and her kindness

I went to the location in Northlake mall.I was debating on getting a Chicken Philly or going to Showmers. So I got the philly.. It was so good and juicy. The customer service I received was great. The older lady was very pleasant and talked to me as if she had been knowing me. Definitely worth posting the review.

This place was good the service was fast and the food was good. The guy making the sandwiches Andrew made made sure I had napkins. ketchup and a bag he was very professional. Love this location

I came to this Charleys and had a not so great experience. I reached out about it and the General Manager Steve got in contact with me saying he would like the chance to make up for my previous visit. I came back another time and he remade my meal himself and it was great! Thank you so much for your great Customer Service!

Overall my food was good! The staff was struggling with the lunch rush, but were professional and did the best they could. I have worked retail for over 30 years and though there were only 2 people they did amazing! Definitely would go back!

The #7 cheese steaks were about the best that the wife and I had since living in Philly. Excellent fries. We asked the lady at the register to pour our teas half and half which she did cheerfully. We will be back.

I've eaten twice at the South Park location and both times my food was amazing! I would come here again.

Ultimate fries and Fajita loaded fries are a good quick filler when you are on the go!! Good price for the portion.

When I asked for teriyaki chicken, they didn’t have any, so I asked for buffalo but Food was great. Customer service could be better. I don’t like when I get attended with a sloppy attitude
