Great lattes and cappuccino options, as well as an assortment of food to choose from. Great for couples or meeting friends too bc the place is relatively quiet as well. Will definitely be back!

Y’all. Who writes reviews about airport kiosks?? Apparently I now do! I was so impressed by Kimberly at Einstein Bros Bagels in terminal E of the Charlotte, NC airport. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and she worked well with the guys making the sandwiches. The eatery was well run and clean with friendly servers. That’s actually not easy to find at a busy airport! Kudus! And thank you.

Bagels are always a good option - and a bit healthier than the normal fast food, cinnamon rolls, and candy. Service is quick. The person who took my offer operated two different cash registers at the same time - very unique to see someone essentially ringing up 2 people at the same time. I don't know how she did it!

The service was excellent. After my morning so far I really appreciated the kindness. The coffee was hot with lots of self serve choices. There were choices of at least one non dairy milk (almond). The employees were keeping the cases stocked and seemed to want customers to have a positive experience. Thanks for brightening my travels.

Always thought of trying this place but never did. It was SOOOO good and I’m not a big bagel person. The staff were talkative like they enjoyed each other but that didn’t bother me, they got the orders out.

The 8 PM crew in E concourse at CLT was doing a great job. I like the Nova Lox best. It's a crying shame you can't tip on the POS card machine. These two were doing amazing and they deserve it.

Is it a Einstein Bros? Is it a Bruegger’s Bagels? My coffee cup has left me with nothing but questions…. And predictably overpriced airport coffee. But I guess all things considered, it was an ok airport breakfast (cause the bar is so low at airports). But why can you cut my dang bagel sandwich in half? I have to eat it WHOLE like some kind of savage?!
