Almost always great service, food, and coffee! The wait is normally pretty quick. My boyfriend and I eat here at least once, if not a few times, every week.
Can’t say enough great things about Bruegger’s Bagels! Located in the Park Road Shopping Center at 4327 Park Rd Building 25, Charlotte, NC 28209, their bagels are the perfect combination of texture and taste. Hard to find great bagels in this part of the Country and Brueggers nails it, he also teacher lot of different flavors of cold press, coffee and espresso, as well as fresh coffee for sale sodas and other drinks. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Staff was quick and friendly.
This place had like 40 people in line and maybe 15 DoorDashers... and I thought there's no reason to be that popular. Well, I was wrong. That was probably the best bagel and cream cheese I've ever had.
I imagine that the sandwiches are great too, but that will have to wait until next time.
Tried this place with my boyfriend for the first time today and it was really great. SO MUCH better than a Einstein Bagels. The lady working was very kind and the man who made our food was really fast. I got the Sriracha Honey Sunrise and I’d definitely come back and get it again. My boyfriend got the Avocado,tomato,bacon and he loved his as well. They had fresh orange juice which was really good. The one and only thing I could “complain” about is the location and parking lot- constant beeping horns from people who can’t drive lol. All in all I’d definitely come back again.
Don't know how this is anything less than 5 stars. They truly deserved it there with the friendly & business professional staff, quick prompt clean & friendly service. Clean atmosphere along with good vibes perfectly suited for an introvert like me.
I'd highly recommend , as this is my new favorite cafe, quality & quick/easy.

The tomato and onion were perfectly balanced with the plethora of salmon- no fillers like a breakfast burrito with too many potatoes, not enough meat. Perfect ratio, delicious down to every last bite.
Perfect way for a health nut like me to start the day.

We go for a couple of Sriracha Honey Sunrise sandwiches and a tub of that cream cheese once or twice a week. It's always good service, and the food is pretty good. We've been here often enough that we don't even order; they know what we want.
There is a Caribou Coffee right next to it in the same room, which makes pretty great coffee too.
First time here and had a good time. They have a nice selection of bagels and what I thought were unique and various offerings. I never knew people like Salmon on a bagel in the morning. I had my standard of bacon, egg, and cheese on my cinnamon raisin bagel and was very pleased.
Yes, you can get a bagel sandwich for less at other places but you get what you pay for.
Co.e take a load off and sit in somewhere and relax for breakfast and coffee.

I come here several times a week during my breaks from work and I’m satisfied every time. The ingredients have a consistently good quality and they always get my order correct.
The lines do get long and sometimes seem to move slowly, but given the size of the shop and the size of some of the orders, I’m not sure what else could be done to alleviate this.
Bruegger's has a really good Western breakfast Bagel. Food is always good and staff is friendly and efficient no matter how long the line gets.
The bagels are phenomenal and the hash browns too. The staff is friendly and they work quickly. The foods freshly made in front of you.
Just moved to NC and my sisters came to visit. We found this gem on the way to Waffle House. "NO REGERTS"! Best bagel I have had. This will be my new breakfast spot to aid in my refusal to cook.
