Got DoorDash from here the other day. The food was exactly what I requested and tasted so good.

Listen, those men in there were working so well with each other AND CUSTOMERS. I saw glove changing, smiles, thank yous. The store was clean and honestly I wish we were eating in the store so I could see more. They were happy to help me, I honestly believe that. Not one bad thing to say about this experience.

I’ve literally been to every McAlister’s in Charlotte and this is the best one! I always order their baked potatoes and they’re never over cooked like the other places, they’re perfect. The food is always fresh. Overall very pleased! I visit here often!

Friendly service, nicely presented meal. Flavorful ingredients and good iced tea. First time going to this chain of restaurants butt portion seems slightly small for the price. Staff was very attentive disable service. Definitely would recommend a try and we'll be back again.

This review is based on the manager who served us last night..My boyfriend and I arrived late, 30 mins before close. Something we try to avoid doing having both worked in service industry. I’m assuming this man was the manager and I wish I had gotten his name! He was very kind and patient with us and he didn’t make us feel rushed even though they had to cook a fresh potato after I’m sure they had probably started cleaning up. The staff around him did not seem to be helpful at all. The manager did his absolute best to keep things moving on his own. He remained extremely pleasant. We watched as he cleaned bathrooms, tables, and manned the register on his own. I went to ask for a refill and a box and the two people in the kitchen just stared at me and I waited for about 5 mins, they didn’t even acknowledge me even after they had both made eye contact. Then finally the manager came out again and took care of my refills, again being so patient and kind. I’m writing this review because I’ve been in the position before of working harder to pick up the slack for those around me and you feel completely unseen. We just want you to know we saw you hard work and effort and you were appreciated by us. Thank you!!!! Service industry can be hard to nail down good staff, I hope you get the supportive staff you deserve! If only people could realize that no matter the position and as corny as this sounds, if you work as a team everyone is happier and you all get home even faster, believe it or not! Thanks again sir, hope you see this!
