IMHO, this is one of the best subways in Charlotte. The service is fantastic! Every time I've eaten here I notice that they have several regulars that seem to be treated like family. I will bypass other subways just to eat here.

It's funny how life works... About a week ago during the cold rain this store was perfect. The young lady made my sandwich with love and it looked like it was for a television commercial. The sandwich looked so good that the next customer had to compliment the young lady. The customer even paid for my sandwich. I enjoyed that sandwich like it was my last. It may have been! Today, I was working on my tan and decided to visit this heavenly subway. The sun was shining... birds chirping. And I thought, today's the day I relive my outer body sub sandwich experience. I was met with an older lady who was very excited. She carried on a conversation with others while making my sandwich. This is a pet peeve for many reasons. The main reason is I know how much is flying out of your mouth and possibly into my meal. And I don't swap bodily fluids on the first meet. When I asked for the same heavenly sandwich, she turned it into a limp and sad display. The meat was staggered and uneven... Well, I decided to try another sandwich to cheer up the first one. I chose tuna, which is already a risk. And then she does the unthinkable, the unshakable... She rubs the dried up tuna caked on the back of the spoon onto my sandwich! I felt like we've met before. It was like a "take that... and that" type of rub from an ex. Like she knew I was disgusted. I could be wrong. I repeatedly asked for more spinach and she keeps grabbing three at a time lmao. She said "I'm sorry baby I got to do it like that". LMAO I'd like to thank her and subway for bringing me back to reality and keeping me leveled. Still a great store with friendly staff. Keep up the good work!
There's a lady there who typically works in the morning - she's very energetic and cheerful and likes to make suggestions on how to make your sub delicious. You don't find that very often in many franchises, much less Subway, but it left me pleasantly surprised.
The Staff was so very nice and professional. They took time to make suggestions and made our sandwiches just as we asked. I would definitely come back!
Great Place! I felt welcome and was Greeted with a smile! Took my order fast and efficient! Bathroom and Dining area were both Super Clean
