Consistent on food taste and quality as I’ve come to enjoy, but they appeared to be short staffed.
The people that were working were working hard, and I can’t complain about that.
One of the healthy chain restaurant in the mall food court. Good for grabbing some quick bites. Not so crowded stall in a crowded food court. Like other outlets , this one has good breads n sandwiches and they are fresh too !

I had a good feeling about this Panera. I was so happy that I was right.
You probably already know that this Panera is inside of the mall. It may not have a standalone location, but the service and the food was amazing. I have a SUPER custom meal that I always order, especially when I visit a Panera I haven't been to, and most of the franchises cannot pull it off. Not only did this Panera pull it off, but the they went one step further and gave me the actual "extra" condiments I asked for. I had the condiment in my meal with two extra containers! I consider that as paying attention to detail.
I presume that not having to worry about an entire dining area helps but I just believe that when you have a good staff and good management you have good service.
I highly recommend this Panera.
There noodles are amazing as is there bread! You really cant go wrong here.
Kenneth is one of the most phenomenal salespeople I’ve met and such a great asset to Panera!. Even though it was near closing, Kenneth was genuinely invested in suggesting the different menu items. He was energetic and gracious. He is what every representative SHOULD be. Thank you, Kenneth, for making our day trip to Charlotte end on such a wonderful note!
I came in today during a rough shift at a certain store in the mall the new manager was at the desk and he was so friendly to me he turned my frown into a smile and that was almost impossible to do. He was super friendly. I liked him a lot and plan on coming back to visit Panera because of his great personality!
This place is awesome. Not only is the food great but the service is better. They took it upon themselves to fix a mistake that I made. As a customer I really appreciate that and will gladly continue to give them my business.
Such very nice service this morning! The folks were so kind. The iced tea was fresh and my bagel with cream cheese was delicious! Panera Bread never disappoints me.
The manager and her staff here are absolutely amazing they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and get the best customer service and food known to man. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone this location especially. I'm just blown away by them here if anything is wrong TRUST ME they will fix it and then some just to make sure you are happy. Thanks for such an outstanding experience.
