Great place for some cocktails and yummy food. We went on half price tomahawk steak night and added a few more small plates to that. We left with full to go boxes and had a fantastic lunch the next day. The crawfish dip was lick the spoon good. The acorn squash fries were outstanding. The steak itself was ok, not worth paying full price for sure. Service was attentive and cocktails were on point. Would definitely return.
The Crunkleton: A members only cocktail bar with select food options. My only negative is the food service is not the priority at the bar… which makes sense being one of the best bars in town. If that becomes a priority and the food menu evolves just a little more, this place stacks up with any bar, any where!

Stopped in for drinks and dinner. Although it wasn't an actual table, we were able to walk in and secure seating right away. I found it odd, their bar seating had a wait list. Nonetheless, we had great full service in the waiting area. Open fire roasted smokey flavor of the food was perfect! I finished my night with the charred Oak Barrel Old Fashioned, and it is indeed one of the top 3 in the city!!
Overall great experience. Phillip our waiter was top notch. The food was on point. Best Beignets ever. The Shrimp and grits also best I’ve had. Try their whiskey sour. The brunch is the best in Charlotte imo. Will be back.

Beautiful restaurant and bar with open, airy, relaxed vibe. Bar provided amazing drinks. Brunch was amazing! Jasmine provided exceptional service. French press coffee was rich, hot, and delicious. Beignets were hot, soft, melt in your mouth deliciousness. Spicy chicken breakfast sandwich was perfect 🥰 spicy, hearty, so satisfying! Cheesey grits were one of the best I have had. Shrimp and grits and Charlotte hot brown were thoroughly enjoyed by our friends. Highly recommend for brunch!
Plan to come here and stay a while. Food is amazing and ALL of the servers are also bartenders. Tell them flavors you like and they will prepare an amazing drink for you.
We had the pleasure to have Joey as our server and man was it phenomenal. He asked about food allergies, great recommendation for a drink for my lady, and then Brittney with the tattoos knew my steak wasn't medium well and came to me and swapped it out and then e got some desert and it was PHENOMENAL. I got the steak and it was one of the BEST steaks I've ever had.
Get the acorn squash fries! Cool atmosphere, nice bar with tons of different bottles to pick from. Great service. Cozy, clean seats. Open kitchen.
Came back for the food, and wow. I cleaned the plate. Crawfish dip and Chicken Picatta were phenomenal. Matt and Jenna were wonderful, too.

Love the vibe. Cocktails were fantastic and the bartender’s recommendations and knowledge were unparalleled to anywhere I’ve been in Charlotte in the past couple years. Javier was our primary bartender.
Visited again and JP was our bartender. Super friendly guy, quality service and drinks too. My friend, who doesn’t much care for cocktails, raved about it too.
I can’t wait to come back and try the food.
