These guys are extremely nice and very customer oriented.. never a disappointment. My favorites are buffalo chicken sub and as far as wings the honey hot. My favorite wing and sub shop in Charlotte by far.
It's amazing food, the staff are very nice, the food is also made to order which is so worth the wait. Definitely on the top of my list.
The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always great too. I love that they allow you to sample new wing sauces. But my go to flavor is strawberry hot with lemon pepper. Don’t knock it until you try it. Definitely a staple wing spot of mine.
These salads are amazing! I’m addicted I only come to the one on freedom they seem to care about their customers, they always go above and beyond. From the food to the service! Spectacular keep doing ya thing 😋🥗
We purchased Lemon & Buffalo Wings. Both were very good and favorable. The price is a bit much. However, when you want wings and don't feel like cooking, it's a good place to go. If you have time, get some wings from the store and make them yourself...it's a lot cheaper. With that said, I would go back in the future.
Was referred to this place by a friend and from the time I walked in everything was on point! The young lady Arlette definitely got me right with great customer service and suggested the best wing flavors based on public popularity and her on personal preference I’m going home satisfied and full…I’ll be back tomorrow lol
My favorite Chex location. The one off Tyvola is closest but I always come to Freedom because it’s cleanest and my food is always fresh. I just ordered today and Bella assisted me with my order. She was extremely kind and helpful.

We got wings - buffalo hot and garlic parmesan- they were a hit and the greek salad for the vegetarian which was scrumptious! We’ll definitely return!!

The customer service is always great! Been coming here for years, only had one order mistake which was taken care of graciously by management. Really great spot! Also, I’m a wing person but the tenders here are amazing.

The customer service is amazing!!! Yasmin helped me today. She is the kindest person ever, she was so patient. She helped me with everything on the menu and explained everything to the best of her abilities. The food was amazing and the price is good for the amount of food you get. Also the food was hot and fresh.
