Today's update. I would still give this Team a thumbs up for their level of service. Today's food order, though, fell short. On my Bacon, Egg and Cheese... the Bacon is burnt. Too far to go back. Still, I choose this location as to the location near me because of thier normal level of service.
If I could give the Team at this location 10 stars, I surely would. The name on my receipt shows Sue but the entire Team is friendly, welcoming and the service is quick. It wasn't as if I had just ordered Coffee on the run.... I had ordered their new Omelet Bites, a Bagel with Creem Cheese and a Large Iced Chi Latte. They had My drink on the counter in a matter of moments and Sue, as always had my food hot and ready in a matter of moments. There are other locations that could take a lesson from this Team. This is not a one-off experience at this location, they are consistently on their game. Thank You for Your exceptional service.
This is my favorite location because the staff is very friendly and they provide a great customer experience. Also, I order a specific iced coffee and I have not been let down whenever I order. Great location and will continue. Oh, Miss Sue is Awesome also she is there in the early morning hours.
A customer at this location may assert the speed of service is slow. However, these customers are not taking into consideration the essence of Jimmy John's speed which has created a predisposition for the customer to expect the same expedience from Dunkin Donuts. So upon this premise, it is apparent this location is not slow, but rather pales in comparison to that of Jimmy Johns. This location is clean and friendly. 5 stars are reserved for a business who has that extra "thing" that other locations don't have. This "thing" is the fact this location fills the inside of all their donuts to perfection. Many Dunkin Donuts fill them halfway, or even less than halfway, but this location stuffs the seams of the donuts to their breaching point!

2 YEARS AGO: DO NOT GO HERE if you expect decent customer service. I ordered a curbside pickup and when I pulled up, there was no space available in the 2 designated spaces for pickup order so I parked at the one next to it. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I went inside to pick up my order. I waited another 2 minutes because no one was asking if I needed help (and they clearly see me standing there by the pickup order area) so when this old, short man got there (I think he was the one bringing the curbside orders), I asked for my order and it was just sitting there at the pickup order area. I told him that I was waiting for them to bring it and he said, I should've parked at the designated pickup spaces. I told him there were no spaces available when I pulled up. I was ticked off at his comment and the fact that my food was just sitting there. For those almost 10 minutes of waiting, I've seen people come and go. He didn't even bother to see if I was in the area. The app asks for your car make and color, so clearly, he would've seen me if he had actually looked since I was in the next space. Well, after reading the reviews before writing this, it appears to be a recurring problem with curbside pickup orders and customer run-ins with this rude man. AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Overall pretty decent service. I was the only customer in the store around 12pm with two employees who were friendly but slow. The inside of the store is very clean and has a sanitation rating of 98.
The only reason this didn't get a 5 star is because I had to ask for my receipt. It should be a no brainer to give a PAYING CUSTOMER A RECEIPT. The sandwich was delicious but pricey.
They were so nice ! And my drink was well made.
I am from beantown where there is a dd on every corner serving great coffee and food. I have been to every dad in Charlotte. This is the absolute best store with great staff, food and coffee. The others are mediocre at best. I have to travel 15 more minutes to get here but it’s worth it. Thanks.
