I typically do not leave reviews but I think that this location is being misrepresented by previous customers bad experiences. Obviously we all have our off days but there is good to be shared as well. I really like this location. The Classic Carol is really good and I typically get it as a scoop and 2 lettuce leaves to create a wrap with. The meal is $8 and comes with the scoop, a side, and a cookie. I think it's priced accordingly and worth it. The young lady there remembers my name and I typically wait no more than 5 min for my takeout. They even have a cool points system that gets you free stuff. If you like chicken salad- I suggest giving them a try.

Good alternative to all the other sandwich places. Great selection of chicken salad, including healthy options. It's not too crowded and it's usually not difficult to find a place to sit at lunch (which is getting hard to find). The service is prompt and helpful. Good place to stop for a casual lunch. Since it is in the over street mall, they are only open for lunch on weekdays which is annoying.

I love this place. Just about all of the staff know me by name which I think is awesome. The chicken salad is great and its somewhat health. Its better than going to Mcdonalds where you are putting all of that grease into your body. When I eat from here in the mornings by the time 7pm come all I need is a snack and I'm set for the rest of the night. The Olivia Old South is my favorite. If I could give more stars I would.

The food is fine despite the limited options now. While I appreciate trying to focus on one thing for efficiency's sake, a little variety to appeal to a wider audience wouldn't hurt. In the same vein, please bring back the good cookies; the gluten-free frosted cookies taste like cardboard and paste. Keep them as an option, but bring back something that has some flavor to it.

I ordered the Classic Green Salad with a scoop of Holly Jalapeno Salad, it was amazing a little pricey but it's not cheap to eat good. I will defiantly be coming back, next time I will save a couple dollars and order and pick it up myself, instead of using Grub Hub 25.00 dollars is expensive for a salad and a drink.

Very underrated restaurant in Charlotte. They have some of the best chicken salad I've ever had in a variety of different styles. I've been there over 10 times since I moved here.
