Courtney was amazing, definitely a very attentive server! Brought everything out extra drinks, extra sauce and even refills without us asking overall an amazing experience!
I can't say enough about how welcoming and fun the staff was. It was my birthday, and they totally nailed the meaning of outstanding service.
The food was quite tasty. Steaks were cooked to perfection. The Blooming Shrimp is to die for. Our server Courtney is very attentive and has wonderful customer service. We will definitely request her on our next visit. Shawn J is awesome too!
Went on a Friday night for dinner and drinks and was pleasantly surprised by the service. There was a rush so there were several tables sat at the same time. Immediately, teammates began stepping in to help out with drinks, bringing food, checking on tables, etc. Everything came out on time and was delicious. I even asked to speak with the manager (who was also helping out) to commend him on how well they worked as a team. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you guys! Job well done!
My friend & I decided to dine here on a Friday night! We were one of several parties seated back to back within one section. The hostess that sat us was also our server. Once we realized that, we just knew our wait would be long. But, that was not the case! Other teammates as well as the manager quickly stepped in & helped the gentleman! What we thought would be a dreadful experience, turned out to be very smooth, quick, & efficient. I really appreciated seeing everyone work together & not just leave the gentleman hanging because it wasn’t their section or not their job. The individuals that made of the staff on Friday 11/17/2023 from 6p- 7:30p was amazing!! Keep it up!
My family used to frequent this location often but stopped due to a decline in customer service and hospitality. However, tonight we were looking for a quick meal and decided to dine in. Shawn (manager) and Duane (server) made the trip worth it. Service was a complete 180 and the meal was great. The effort and changes are noticeable and the experience was enjoyable.
I recently had an extraordinary dining experience at Outback Steakhouse, where every element exceeded my expectations. The delicious bloomin' onion was a crispy, flavorful masterpiece that left my taste buds in awe. The bar served up fantastic drinks, expertly crafted and perfectly complementing the meal. What truly stood out, though, was the impeccable service provided by Manager Brooke. She ensured our evening was seamless, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Outback Steakhouse, with its delightful cuisine and dedicated staff, has earned its place as a go-to spot for an unforgettable dining experience.
Corney m was an excellent server. We did not have to ask her for anything she was straight and to the point. excellent job keep up the good work. Also, this is my first time coming to outback steakhouse and because of her service I will be back.

The staff and service at this restaurant were truly exceptional. My wife and I decided to do takeout after a long day, but when we got home, we found her steak was so severely undercooked, she wouldn't eat it (even though I typically grill/cast iron our meats to medium rare.)
To cut a long story short, I contacted Outback, and they swiftly resolved the issue. I won't go into detail regarding how it was handled, but the way they handled it deserves a solid 5-star rating – it's a testament to the incredible service this establishment provides. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond.

My experience on Thursday October 26th was nothing short of amazing. This was my second time visiting this establishment and both times I was more than pleasantly pleased. My server Matthew A. Was absolutely phenomenal, attentive, quick, efficient, kind, the works and to even more of my surprise finding out at the end that it was only his second day on the floor... Food and drinks were delish and did not disappoint one bit... We were seated within minutes... A kind and friendly staff that seemed to work very well together. I look forward to my next visit.
