We had a very enjoyable brunch. The service was attentive and courteous. They have a never ending coffee pot for $1.99 a person. Our food came out quickly and was delicious.
Great, kid friendly breakfast food. Nothing fancy, delicious American diner food.
Not Bad but Not Outstanding Either. After reviewing the menu on line and linked from the US listing, decided to give them a try. First things first, don't go by these menu links. They are for the national chain and local restaurants may or may not carry the same menu items. In this case, this restaurant only offers about a third of the offering listed on the National Website.
That said, they do have a number of items that are specific to this particular restaurant. The offering are very good although not what I would call spectacular or outstanding. I opted for a Spanish Omelet after I found my first choice which I had picked before I got there was from the National Menu and not available at this store. In all fairness, this disparity between menus is noted on this restaurants handout menus. The potatos were very good and I must give them high marks for excellent coffee.
My wife had biscuits and gravy and a side of lackluster fruit. Granted melons are a fruit but you like a bit more variety than a couple slices of cantelope and a couple of grapes.
Service is very good and the atmosphere is rather nice and tries to conjure up a French Cafe or Bistro feeling.
Considering the qualtiy of the food and the rather limited offering, the prices are a bit high. Would be worth it if the quality was a bit better or the variety was there but as it stands, better value can be found in other restaurants in the area.
I'm never disappointed everytime I come here to have breakfast

Mixed Experience. Mom and I went here for brunch on a Tuesday. Mom ordered the Hen Pen (I think) with turkey sausage and "very soft" scrambled eggs. I got the turtle mocha and Salmon & Avocado wrap with waffle fries. Lisa our server was very knowledgable and on top of things. My wrap was so delicious; the only thing being that the feta was so unevenly distributed, I only tasted it in one big clump in one of the wrap halves! Also, the mocha she brought out wasn't the one in the "turtle mocha" description; I didn't taste the caramel and it was missing the crumbled walnuts. Mom's dish was great...until she got to the eggs. They were so visibly NOT soft scrambled, I was kind of disappointed Lisa even brought them out. She offered to take them back, but mom's been watching those "bad restaurant" shows and she was hungry so they just stayed on the plate and, predictably, weren't eaten. It was mom's second time coming there, and the first time far out-shined this one, just on the basis of getting her eggs wrong this time.
Nothing more than a good place to get a decent breakfast. Never done lunch, but probably the same. Dependable and good with kids.
Comfy spot. South Charlotte has a lack of good bfst spots. Le Peep is a great place to relax and read the paper. The coffee is good, the menu is OK - I like the bfst skillets but they are usually a little overdone (hey without competition what can you say).
Overall they are a great place to start the day.
Good breakfast. It's a little pricey for breakfast, but very delicious. Sometimes you have to wait in line, especially on the weekends, but it's worth the wait.
Little hidden gem. You might miss this place if you're not looking hard enough and then you would miss out. Victor took care of me and the service was impeccable. I had their BLT and tomato soup, it was on the next level!!! I will definitely be back, so yummy.
***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***
We have not been to Le Peep since before the pandemic. We are so happy to have returned. We both chose the build your own omelette. I added spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and green peppers. My husband added the corned beef hash and the cheddar and jack cheese. We both chose the grits. He had the toast and I had the english muffin. We enjoyed everything. The portion sizes were large. This has become one of my go-to breakfast locations.
3.5 stars but gotta round up^^ Got 2 coffees, 1 espresso milkshake 1 create your own omelette 1 order of carrot cake pancakes 1 order of 2 flavor pancakes and 1 order of sir Benedict omelette, Coffees: terrible, tasted like sewage. Espresso milkshake: Pretty good tasted like espresso and chocolate loved it. Create your own omelette: pretty good. Sir benedeit Omelette: flavor was good, Switched chicken with bacon. 2 flavored pancakes: they were decent not the best around but pretty decent for a quick bite. Fruit cup: AWFUL literally them fruits tasted terrible it kinda tasted expired and sour. We were too full that we didn’t taste the carrot cake pancakes! Food was decent (words of each dish was from the person who ate it) check is below to see more details and pics are also there!! Waitress was nice and attentive and kind overall
The food was great! I got the Lumberjack which came with two eggs, your choice of sausage or bacon (I got both) and either potatoes or grits. Only $11.
The only thing I would say that is preventing me from giving them 5 stars is the service. I’m really big on servers working for your tip. The server we had didn’t really come to check up on us. I think she only came once and we where there for longer than an hour which I thought was unresponsive to our needs.
Overall, great food but subpar service.
I've eaten here before and it was good so my wife and I tried it again today for lunch. We both decided on ordering one of their breakfast dishes for lunch. I ordered a skillet meal that they named Home pie. It came as shown in the picture with a side of bread of your choice. It was good but not memorable. My wife ordered the Western omelette with wheat toast. They forgot the wheat toast so I shared some of my English muffin. We could have told them to bring the toast but we had enough. The waitress was busy but attentive enough for the most part.
I love Le Peep! The food is incredible, and normally it is not as busy as other breakfast chains. I recommend the skillets. ❤️
Delicious food, great prices. The service was great
I've never had a meal at Le Peep that wasn't delicious. The Spinach Pesto Breakfast Sandwich with fresh fruit has been my favorite breakfast since the first time I tried it. I have taken my friends there for lunch and they all enjoyed it. The service is great and everything comes out of the kitchen looking and tasting delicious.

As a DoorDasher, I frequently deliver orders from Le Peep. I am intrigued by the popularity of the restaurant. I have smelled the pleasant aroma permeating from the food. I keep a running list of restaurants I have delivered and would like to take my family to eat after I obtain employment as a Project Manager.
Food is amazing here I loved it so much best food I've had in a restaurant (I got the salmon wrap). Service was great at first but then it got iffy, waiter was nice by negligent and didnt even give us our check to pay (he was on his phone I saw him, made an excuse that he was cleaning). Overall great food and would could back here again despite the service, very nice people.
