Tried out ordering ordering through the Bojangles' App for curbside pickup. They have marked two spots to park for pick-up. It did not appear they would bring the food out to you despite the app indicating so as I needed to go inside to pick up my order. However, the order was accurate, and the food was delicious!
I tried the limited time Carolina Gold Bo's Fried Chicken Sandwich & added Bacon. The sandwich was really tasty, and having that option of the Carolina Gold sauce on your sandwich is actually a great idea. I would perfectly enjoy the regular Bo's Chicken Sandwich, but the Carolina Gold variant was definitely a nice alternate for my taste buds time to time. Same chicken, different sauce!
It wouldn't be Bojangles without Bo Sized extra seasoned fries-- and they tasted fresh!
Overall, it was a great location (considering Bojangles Corporate is right around the corner), savory & fresh chicken, and friendly staff. The app worked well for ordering and avoiding lines, but it was inconvenient that I had to go inside for curbside pickup. (Not that big of a deal, but worth mentioning.)
Excellent Bojangles place. This place has what you expected- great fried chicken, great biscuits. You can always ask for a fresh batch of chicken if you want to wait for some time. The service is very good. Parking spot is easy. The place isn’t quite clean, but it’s good enough.
Friendliest restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff was so kind and eager to serve me. Soon as I walked in, every member up front spoke to me. I was rung up by Ms.Helen who was very kind and loving. I definitely will be back again. The food was also tasty and fresh. and I didn’t wait long for it at all. Definitely a great place to start your day
We stopped in for lunch Saturday, 9/16 and I just need to brag on these employees. It's been quite awhile that we've received better than average service and attitudes at a fast food place. The employees here treated us very good. They were nice, didn't make us feel like they didn't want us to be there, had good attitudes, were patient with us, and even told us to have a good day as we were leaving. I miss being treated this way with good customer service. THANK YOU!
Whelp!!! After being born and raised in Wilmore / South End with the very first Bojangles they have uped their game!!!
For a while I wouldn’t have been interested in them but since the renovations I paid a visit there and surprisingly the food reminded me of back in the day when they first opened’
The food was hot, fresh, spicy, and delicious!!! The biscuit melted in my mouth and the fries were so hot and fresh I had to wait to eat them!!! I wasn’t use to that at all !!! It reminded me of the old days when they first opened!! I actually was impressed with the updated version of ordering and the fresh hot food!!!! I hadn’t eaten Bojangles in a while but that experience has made me want to go back!!
Super clean, employees with a smile. I hear laughter in the back. Great service. This is a symptom of healthy leadership. Best location I’ve been to.
This my 1st visit to Bojangle's at this location for lunch and you could see that I ate all my dang on food 😋 My food was fresh. Tea made country perfect 🥰 And it filled my stomach. Very satisfied and will visit again for my lunch break again. Oh yeah, the customer service was great.
Ordered on line food very good. Staff is friendly. Prices are very affordable.
Me and my friend came from Indiana and Texas for her birthday and we kept seeing these chicken chains so we tried it. To be a fast food chicken place the chicken and biscuits stand out the most it was pretty good
Excellent customer service! The staff is wonderful. The store was clean and well maintained.
