Delicious, freshly prepared salad. They were very conscientious about how they handled my food when I told them I had a wheat allergy. They changed cutting boards, gloves and were happy to accommodate my request.

I could talk about how:
- great their food is
- the quality always being high
- consistently feeling great after each meal
But I’m leaving this review because of Collin. He makes me feel incredible each time that I come there. It’s obvious that he is a warm and kind human being who wants others to feel good about themselves. He remembered what I eat and made me feel special. I was already a lifelong customer of Chopt but now I wish that every business could replicate how Collin makes you feel when you come into shop or eat.
We’re told that the things in this world that we should value and strive for are money, looks, and status. But the most important thing people will remember about you is the way that you made them FEEL. And I am grateful for how Collin makes me feel when I come in.
Collin, thanks so much and I hope this encourages you to continue living from your kind, loving center because you will never be without love and support around you if you operate from this place. You are a shining, genuine human being.
Absolutely love this place. Salad any way you want it. The staff are extremely efficient and accommodating, and the variety of salad items are endless. It can be a bit pricey, though the food is extremely good.
This location is extremely clean and fresh and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It can get busy and when it does, it's standing room only.
My favorite Chopt location by far! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The ingredients are always fresh and my salads are great each time I go in. A special shoutout to Claudia and Melissa, they are awesome!
For a chain this was a really good salad. The only reason I am docking a star is because, 1. I hate that places don't offer black olives for salad. 2. The portions were massive which leads into 3. That it was pretty expensive. $17 for a salad only, I could have done half size for less and I know they have smaller options. 4. The salad i ordered came with a dressing they do not carry anymore so i had to switch. Otherwise, good tasting salad and would go back
I visited Chopt many times after my initial negative experience, they corporate was really nice turning things around. I am happy to report that the shop has made significant improvements in terms of service and food quality.
The staff is now much friendlier and attentive to customers' needs. The salads now have a great variety of ingredients and are well-balanced. I appreciate the shop's effort to improve and am now a regular customer. I highly recommend this salad shop to anyone looking for delicious and healthy options. The food quality and service are now up to par.
We visited CHOPT again the day before Valentine's Day for a lunch date...we always feel great after the amazingly healthy salads! They have delicious GlutenFree options and the BASIL Lime dressing is SoyFree too! :)

Superb spot with wide range of options to choose from the menu, good place for a hearty meal.
I love this place! Plenty of toppings to choose from. My only concern is that they did not give me my free bread. Aghhhhhh! I still love this place though.
Update: I got bread(but they did not offer me some)
We love these guys. They are right around the corner from us and we order something from there a couple times a week. Always friendly, the food is fresh and they will accommodate for any adjustments needed for ‘picky’ veggy eaters 😊
