I could talk about how: - great their food is - the quality always being high - consistently feeling great after each meal But I’m leaving this review because of Collin. He makes me feel incredible each time that I come there. It’s obvious that he is a warm and kind human being who wants others to feel good about themselves. He remembered what I eat and made me feel special. I was already a lifelong customer of Chopt but now I wish that every business could replicate how Collin makes you feel when you come into shop or eat. We’re told that the things in this world that we should value and strive for are money, looks, and status. But the most important thing people will remember about you is the way that you made them FEEL. And I am grateful for how Collin makes me feel when I come in. Collin, thanks so much and I hope this encourages you to continue living from your kind, loving center because you will never be without love and support around you if you operate from this place. You are a shining, genuine human being.

For a chain this was a really good salad. The only reason I am docking a star is because, 1. I hate that places don't offer black olives for salad. 2. The portions were massive which leads into 3. That it was pretty expensive. $17 for a salad only, I could have done half size for less and I know they have smaller options. 4. The salad i ordered came with a dressing they do not carry anymore so i had to switch. Otherwise, good tasting salad and would go back

I visited Chopt many times after my initial negative experience, they corporate was really nice turning things around. I am happy to report that the shop has made significant improvements in terms of service and food quality. The staff is now much friendlier and attentive to customers' needs. The salads now have a great variety of ingredients and are well-balanced. I appreciate the shop's effort to improve and am now a regular customer. I highly recommend this salad shop to anyone looking for delicious and healthy options. The food quality and service are now up to par.
