I've been here a few times and my drink is always great. This past time my debit card chip wasn't reading so I tried a couple of times and gave up and went to pay in cash. The employee (did not get her name) said it was okay and she had it. This worker paid for my coffee and made my week! Such great service and kind employees!

I have ordered Americano and a croissant, but got stocked for a while waiting for my croissant to be warmed up and ready. Twice I remind them about my order, and I was told that it is getting ready, without checking on it. After some time passed, I noticed that they just putting it now in a microwave. They simply forgot about my order and didn't pay attention to my questions. Seems that the personnel at this location is not trained well.

My husband and I came here this morning. I brought my grandson, Henry. I introduced him to the staff as he has recently turned 4 and needs some buds, and they didn’t care. Rude much? Coffee was okay. I asked for a grande skinny latte with peppermint and whipped cream. Was okay but lacked peppermint flavoring. I decided to not bother the staff. Henry enjoyed the cake pop. I was contemplating whether or not to get a croissant because it looked SO YUMMY! But I must watch my weight hahahahahahaha. Love David! 💕

Nice staff but wouldn’t recommend going here if you are in a rush before work. I’ve had to walk out 3 times after waiting. can move slow and sometimes not acknowledged
