We like the local subway and the service is usually pretty good.
The floors are clean, as are the tables and restrooms.
The counter in back where your food is made was a bit messy, food trays were empty and knives were dirty, but they said they just got done with a rush, so I can understand the situation, it's not like that the time.
Excellent Deli meats. Veggies at times seem to be not as ripe as they should be. Overall, good experience.

I would give it 5 stars but there was no bacon. My wife and I ordered from the app. When we got there about 30 minutes later the sandwiches weren't made, which did confuse me at first. They had explained that because both sandwiches had bacon they weren't sure if we had still wanted them. So I added extra meat at no cost and my wife added pepperoni to hers at no cost. So even though they weren't made we were happy they had waited plus our sandwiches were very fresh so that was a nice bonus.

Excellent Subway, open late. REALLY late! I found myself on the road lately after driving back from the Jackson area and wondered if Subway was open at 8pm-ish... turns out it was and was open MUCH later than that. Once there, I learned while there it was open even later than that before the pandemic. I just found that so cool. Anyways, neat location and the staff was nice, friendly, and personable.
Overall it was good. The girls working were sitting outside enjoying the sun and fresh air when we got there and didn't seem annoyed to have to go in to help us. I was surprised to see a few people inside eating since the workers were all outside. The floor was dirty with crumbs and trash. My fiance commented that if he was the manager coming in and saw the girls outside and the floor such a mess he wouldn't be happy.
Typical Subway, food is good but I have had when placing my order on the App. Service is good and quick but when it is done when get there, it is hard to know if it correct til' you get home.
I have eaten at a lot of Subway's between Florida, Mississippi & Michigan. By far the Charlotte Michigan location was the best! Fresh bread, cold meats, crisp veggies. The absolute best part was the employees, smiles, helpful, talked with me and made my Italian BMT perfect! I look forward to my next Charlotte Michigan Subway footlong!!
