Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Service was good even though they had a line of cars in the drive thru. I am a little disappointed in the fries, they could have been a little more browned . But, I think they're working with new staff & they were packed. Usually they are definitely 4-5 stars. My Drumstick Blizzard is pretty good. My mother's hot dog & chocolate shake met her approval. We'll go back again.

It was a wait in drive through and I ask for ranch and no gravey but instead I got the gravey and no ranch very disappointed I was looking forward in this meal I don't know if I will go back and if I do I will definitely check my food before leaving the fries are not that great but the chicken strips are good would have been better with ranch to bad I got 0

The people there have always been nice and friendly, but the wait is extreme and they don't wear masks properly. I think it's ultimately a failure of management or the owner. This is my third visit and I'm finally ready to leave a negative review. This time I sat for several minutes at the window watching them fool around with each other while my blizzard cups sat empty on the counter. They'd occasionally touch the cups or pick one up and look inside, but ultimately set them right back down on the same counter. Finally someone who might have been a manager walked into the front of the store and that's when my blizzards started getting made. Unfortunately, that person was completely without a mask when she peered into one of my Blizzards and held it inches from her face. In the middle of a pandemic. In the 45 minutes it took me to get two blizzards I could have paid much less, gotten much more, and gotten it just as fast (if not faster) at the grocery store. Kroger has a Churro ice cream that is to die for and costs $1.67? Yes, please.

The employees were smiling, professional and kind. However, I had to wait a bit longer than I expected I would. A suggestion for this DQ would be to ask the person with a large order, or an order that takes longer to prepare, to move to a specified waiting lane, so the others could have gotten our order faster. The ice cream was delicious!
