The lady thur the drive thur was so suspicious she acted really weird when I got my food they gave me four bean rice burrito and charges for 23 dollars on that then when I pulled over to check my food she never had any black bean burrito it was supposed to be three of them and two bean rice burrito she charged me a extra 6 bucks for the mess that they caused when they screw up my order the Manger came out when I waited at the door for them to get my order and they still messed up because I said no cheese or sour cream and they still put it on there I've been going to this taco bell since they first open never had a problem before but the way I look at this if you don't want to do your job correctly and be honest with people then you need to look at the way you treated someone who was a loyal customer. just wish they did not cheat me about the price either honestly is the only way to be there is to much badness in this world .

Waited in line over 10 minutes with just one car ahead of me. Drive thru worker wanted to argue with me because I told him the drive thru order confirmation screen was down. After asking nicely 2 times to place my order he still was focused on the screen issue I brought up, so I left and will probably never return.

I'm so disappointed with my food today. I think maybe the employee got upset because it took a minute for us to decide what we wanted. This was the nastiest Mexican pizza I've ever gotten, the shell taste old and if you look in picture there is a piece of lettuces and something green that don't belong.

Dirtiest most unfriendly Bell in Charleston. Not a clean table in the house. We had to clean or own even after telling the cashier. All she wanted to do is yell at the people in the back and clean the trays right next to the coffee and smoothies maker. We saw this and all pics are attached. We tried to get a refund but was told nothing was wrong with ours. The elderly couple sitting by us said the same thing as was told all taco shells are done in the morning. So they all taste the same. The one the elderly man was asking questions about smelt like bleach. They finally made him a new one and I watched him dump the salad on the tray and throw the new shell out. Avoid this Bell.

I find it absolutely astounding that Ye Old Fashioned Cafe can have a dining room packed full of people and these people are too lazy to open their dining room. I live right by this place, driving there is a waste of gas. COVID is over. Imagine walking there just to find out you can't get in. It's not like this info is published anywhere.
