Wendy's

Went here today, and as a past fast food worker, this place had me appalled. The staff was rude, the cashier walked off qas soon as I paid without a word. The food wasn't bad that time, except the biscuit was hard as a rock. Later on I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and large melon lemonade. Got a small lemonade and 2 nuggets short. Plus my food was cold when I got it. Most of the drinks in the machine are out, there's trash all over the place and most of the tables are dirty and unwashed. There's barely even one person upfront, meanwhile there's employs on their phone in the dining room while there's a line across the restaurant. This is ridiculous. I get that sometimes working fast food can be hard, I worked at Subway. But clearly there's a lack of discipline and proper work principles in the place. We would have never left the front or went scrolling on our phones, especially during a rush. I won't be going here again, would rather support the local restaurants.

I don’t normally write reviews, however this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. My coworker and I were traveling through and stopped in hopes of getting food quickly. We were immediately disappointed. The girl that took our order glared at us and said what do you want. She also appeared to be under the influence of drugs. She then argued with me about my order when I stated I didn’t want pickles on my sandwich, saying that it doesn’t come with pickles even though there was a description of the sandwich with all of the toppings listed. Both my sandwich and my coworker’s were wrong, and they made a second sandwich that was still wrong. We gave up and ate our cold sandwiches and cold fries since we hadn’t eaten anything all day. Worst experience ever! I would give this location zero stars if it was an option.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app, went thru the drive thru and let them know I had pre ordered. She told me to pull into a parking spot for mobile orders. I sat and waited 20 minutes, looked over at the drive thru to see how busy it was and it was empty and quiet. Pulled back over to the window and let them know I was still waiting. She said "oh sorry. Pull back over and wait." 5 minutes later I got my food, nothing extra to make up waiting for 30 minutes. The burgers were cold. They got the drink wrong and didn't give any napkins or a fork for my potato. Horrible service and food. Won't go back

Went through the drive thru, ordered the bourbon bacon burger, upsized, lg frosty and the baconator fries, and one Jr bacon cheeseburger. Got no receipt from the first window, got to second window and food was shoved at us, order was wrong, asked for a correction and got attitude and window closed in our faces for the trouble. After about 30 seconds, one corrected item was unceremoniously jammed in our face without a word, and said window closed in our faces again. And apparently, it was one of the managers that was dishing out the attitude and not a regular employee. This used to be one of the best restaurants for taking pride in making sure that everything was correct. Sad.

I wouldnt give market Wendy's a piece of star dust .pathetic, anyone in the area will say it he same exact thing, poor customer service, all you g kids work there, food always cold never fresh, 9times out of 10 your is going to be wrong, never close to what you actually ordered and paid for? I only go there when I have no other option bc I do t drive, I use public transportation or my own 2 feet, and the marmet wv location is close by my apartment. I like Wendy's menu, it's good fast food, just not the marmet wv location, it really does give Wendy's a bad name.

I have been a resident to this small quaint town for over a year now and I am sorry to put this up front but somethin needs to be done. We need to have a few employees with some self discipline that concentrate on their job and do a job that's well done. The reason I say this is as follows . 1 No leadership any this place ,ive requested to speak to the mgr but nobody knows who the mgr is . 2 at first I concidered all possible reasons why fries seem to be cold and under cooked. Same as with the burgers I've received. Not raw but seriously cold. 3 wrong order in my Togo thru the window . I've always chose Wendy's over the years and in other towns but here at home its been constant the past 6/8 visits!! Just plain awful .
