Ordered two things of the spicy ranch topped fries. Drive thru person never mentioned that they were out of the spicy ranch AT ALL. Got home to find out it was sour cream. If I knew that they were out of the spicy ranch, would’ve gotten something else. Don’t substitute something if you don’t tell the customer.

Very disappointed!! I went thru the drive thru right before midnight the male cashier told me the grill was down. That was a lie. They was cleaning the grill when I pulled up to the window. I could smell the chemicals coming out the drive thru window. If your going to close your grill down early you might as well close the whole place down earlier. My soft tacos was nasty. Bad job night shift!!!

Went there after work on a Tuesday, everything we ordered they said "we are out of" order a drink we are out that drink, order a different one we are out of ice, order anything out grill isn't working.....um what exactly do you have? Like they are rude and never have anything in working order. The drive thru guy did not need to be rude and if the restaurant is out of everything and nothing is working why are u even open!!!!

Message to South Lorain (review a couple below mine) a potato soft taco is just that... a potato soft taco... what you should have ordered is a cheesy potato soft taco. As far as the ice, idk. Lot of people don't get ice though as it just melts and tastes nasty/ gets tossed and wasted. Place is pretty on point, never had any issues. As far as a taco bell in Kanawha County, this one's your best bet.

I went thur drive thur ordered a bean burrito and two hard shell tacos minus tomatoes well it was all old and tasted gross the smell of the hard shell tacos was gross ....I'm going back there replacing my hard shell tacos I gotta ask for Abby but I'm waiting I want fresh food ....

Ok, so it's a Taco Bell, we have all been to one... But this one does stand out to us in that the employees were very pleasant and engaging as well as helpful, AND the dining area was the cleanest of any Taco Bell we have ever visited. The folks here seem very much on top of things!

So downloaded the app and earned free Loco taco for signing up, tried to place the order on the app but wouldn't let me submit it. Went in to taco bell kanawha city and asked the guy why I couldn't place the order. He said he didn't know so I can't order it, won't be going back, why give free items if you can't get them
