Good service but food was made wrong. I ordered the steak omelet and asked no potatoes in the omelet. Of course it came out cold and super stuffed with hash browns. It was also overcooked and very dry. My better half eats hers that way and had asked for it cooked well and dry. I didn't. Her omelet was cold also. Waitress put them both in "well done and dry" according to the receipt she provided. I also asked for extra butter for my 3 pancakes. See photo below....i received one tiny scoop. Not worth the visit here. This place has poor management and they can't seem to get a simple order right. See photo below of my "pregnant with potatoes" omelet.

went in at 7 , didn’t get my food until 8:30 , there were only 6 other people in the restaurant including us , saw probably 12 different workers, i ordered my steak medium rare , when i got it an hour and a half later it was cooked to the point where it was shredding , they had forgotten my eggs , and forgotten my pancakes (both came with the meal), i sent my steak back and told them i asked for it medium rare , 45 more minutes later i get my steak back and it’s literally raw , waitress only came to table 1 time other than when bringing food , do not waste your time going here

Placed pickup order at 6:36pm for 7:10pm pickup. Arrived & called at 7:08. Did not receive food until 8:09pm. The servers were polite & apologetic however after one hour of sitting in the parking lot the burger was on the wrong type of bread (I was not informed of any sort of supply issue beforehand), the "potato pancake" was an absolute tiny, burnt crisp and the egg a mushy mess. Management needs to step up their game if they want continuing business. I understand staff shortages currently, but c'mon guys atleast have quality in what you do serve.

20 minutes for drink order and an hour waiting for food that was cold. Service was really bad but the manager was very polite and understanding. The staff carried dirty trays that dripped all over our newborn baby and we had to stir hot coffee with our fingers. If it weren't for the manager I would not return

Service : 1-star, Really slow. We waited for our food for around 40 minutes. VERY close to walking out but I think our server was new? Not necessarily an excuse as there were 4 servers and 3 families seated, never got busy. Every utensil, cup, was visibly dirty. Server waited like a hawk for the final bill w/ tip. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. Menu : 1-star, the IHOP menu is extremely limited at this location. I counted 3 appetizer options, omelettes, pancakes, and a few burgers. ??? Kitchen: 3-stars What we received was cooked through and the correct temp for food safety. Food looked ok. Could hear him lightly scolding the servers for messing up/forgetting customer orders.

We were there mid afternoon, it wasn’t busy. Service was a bit slow. The onion rings were awful texturally (the breading was doughy) and smelled like they were fried in the same oil as they use for their fried seafood. My sandwich was ok, but had yellow onion instead of the red onion that was advertised (yes, there is a flavor difference). The server was pleasant.

I work nearby so I usually run over to grab something on lunch at least weekly. I've never been upset at the quality of the food itself but this location needs to stop offering curbside pickup if they have no intention of ever bringing it out. I would also recommend checking your to togo order before leaving because 9 times out of 10 they will leave an item out.
