I had placed an order of $70+ with a birthday gift card and during the span of that order and leaving to pick it up I had a family medical emergency. I had to call and cancel my order and the manager, Cedric was tremendously understanding and kind. More managers need to be recognized who have the compassion for customers and I'm certain his staff. He was wonderful and helped with the refund and I had a new order I picked up today. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared wonderfully, I highly recommend this Applebee's for the delicious food as well as the kind staff! Thank you Cedric!!

Food was good. Service mediocre. Quesadillas were good. Neighborhood Beef Nachos were really good. Although I found an eyelash in my salad and my wife grabbed and tossed it before I could show the waitress. For the most part. It's better than McDonald's lol.

I don’t know what happened but I was there May 26 2022 and the food was awful, 4 people and no one was happy with what they had. The birthday brownie that was brought out was so small we all just had to laugh. I mean, why even bother? The waiter was great but that’s it. Food quality was disappointing, we won’t be back.

We were in town for a funeral and stopped in for lunch before checking in to the hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was delicious. My sister ordered the wonton tacos. Wonton tacos??? I had NEVER heard of them before. They looked delicious and I did get a bite of one, lol and the slaw on them with the chicken and ginger was fabulous. Our server was friendly, and she got swamped by other tables and still checked in on us and had a smile on her face. Good food, nice staff and I would go back again. I am not a huge fan of Chain restaurants. I prefer to support the local mom and pop places. This particular Applebees was a pleasant experience.
